An Ol' Broad's Ramblings

Tennesseans Don’t Take It Lightly!

What?  The 1st Amendment, THAT’S what!  And we don’t take kindly to some damn fool, appointed by another damn fool, telling us what we can, and cannot say, when or where!  They might buy into that garbage up in the northeast, but we in the South have different ideas…like…oh…I dunno… GOD GIVEN RIGHTS!

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;
or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,
and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Last night, quite a few patriots showed up for the Bill Killian show.  The actual number varies on who ya talk to!  One friend, who was there, says there were about 1000, this piece says 600 to 800.  The media source claims about 300.  I’ve learned, when it comes to the media and the RIGHT, always multiply their number by a minimum of 2, or at least 3, if not more.  The Nashville ABC affiliate has video, with a rather hostile reporterette.

What these government appointees don’t seem to understand is that our rights do NOT come from the Bill of Right!  What it does it affirm what God gave us from the gitgo!

Something that should be figured out by any rational person is that you have the right to speak your mind, but you do NOT have the right to NOT be offended.  WE are offended that our government is kowtowing to a murderous political cult masquerading as a religion, but I don’t see anyone standing up for OUR rights.  We must stand up on our own, and fight the insanity that has invaded our justice system.

Contrary to what many seem to believe, Christians ARE allowed to fight back…. physically if need be!

Luke 22:36(b) “…and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one.”

We have not taken up swords, but don’t push us!

    Thank you Tennesseans, you are showing the way!

    Judge Napolitano made an interesting point in one of his books. The Framers used language carefully when crafting the Bill of Rights. There is one simple word in the First Amendment that doesn’t get much notice. It is the word, “The.”

    Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
    or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, …

    By using the word, “The” in describing the freedom of speech and Congress’s inability to abridge it means that, “The freedom of speech” existed before the government. It is a God given Natural Right that pre-existed any man made authority.

    We have so much to learn about our Natural Rights under God.
