Ok, let’s pick apart this genius’ assertions, shall we?

Well, of course conservatives push the liberals buttons. It’s called logic and truth.  Sadly, the majority are incapable of dealing with either.

Excuse me, but who is the ‘troll’ here? The comment was left on the conservative’s wall, not the other way around. Trolling has become an art form to the left. Some of the most ridiculous comments left on almost every conservative site have been left by self proclaimed liberal/progressives.  Was that ‘your days are numbered‘ a threat?  Hmmm….

We, as a country, are not going to tolerate Republican immorality much longer.

Here we have your blatant liberal line of caca de toro.  “Republican immorality“?    Seriously?  Which party is it that promotes promiscuity?  Which party promotes the slaughter of innocent babies, sometimes the result of the previously mentioned promiscuity.  Which party “bears false witness” on a regular basis?  Which party wants to steal from others?  Which party pushes covetousness?  Republican immorality?  Massive fail dude! 

Eventually we will have no choice but to round all you fascist criminals up, disarm you, and educate you until you learn how to behave like civilized human beings.

Now, I don’t know about you, but it appears to me that this sad, mentally ill being hasn’t got a clue. That definition pretty sums up the ‘progressives’, don’t you think?

Disarm? As in violate our Constitutional rights?  Isn’t that what Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Pol Pot, etc., did to their citizens?  How many millions ended up dead because they were no longer able to defend themselves from people with this ‘liberal’ mindset?  If you add up all the totalitarian regimes, the number will be well over a billion.  That’s 1,000,000,000.  BILLION…with a B.

Apparently, he also believes we need to be re-educated.  Well, let’s take a look at such ‘education’.  A bit of history is needed here. The term came from the North Vietnamese originally, where “the government imprisoned several hundred thousand former military officers and government workers from the former regime of South Vietnam“. The idea wasn’t to actually educate anyone. It was quite an effective tool for “revenge and a sophisticated technique of repression and indoctrination, which developed for several years in the North and was extended to the South following the 1975 North Vietnam takeover.”  And this is what our mentally ill ‘friend’ wants for his fellow Americans?

Now, shall we talk about civility?  I don’t even know where to start!  I guess it’s true that a picture is worth a thousand words, so how about we do a bit of comparison, shall we? The pictures on the left are what this…person…considers civil, and those on the right are uncivil.

Katie Pavlich, Fast & Furious BS, and Generation Scary

If you’re looking for light summer beach reading then do not, I repeat … do not … buy Katie Pavlich’s disturbing new book, Fast & Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up.

Further, if you want to live undisturbed in Obama la-la-land, you need to put your tennis shoes on and run away from this tome. Indeed, Pollyanna, this book will smash all the windows of your enchanted little cottage and grind your rose-colored Obama glasses into powder.

Fast & Furious parlays into the public arena the scurrilous way the ATF, at the behest of the DOJ, allowed thousands of weapons to get into the hands of Mexican drug cartels. These firearms, in turn—as anyone with even half a brain can imagine—were used to slaughter thousands of Mexicans and to take the lives of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and ICE’s Jaime Zapata.

Now, why would our government agents give thousands of working, untraceable arms to some of the worst SOBs on the planet? Well, we the sheeple were told it’s how the ATF could “know who the bad guys are”—or some crap to that effect.

Hey, wizards at the ATF and the DOJ: If you want to know who the major Mexican dirt bags are who are moving big chunks of weed and mowing down their people and ours with AK-47s, why not use Google versus giving Miguel a machine gun? Por qué?

Most folks, when they take a poke into the Fast & Furious debacle, say, “How can our feds be so stupid?” Which begs the question, was placing thousands of functioning, high-powered weapons in filthy thugs’ hands stupidity on steroids or some twisted scheme with a hidden agenda? Pavlich smelled the latter. The DOJ says it was a whoopsie daisy. Katie thinks they should go sell crazy somewhere else.

Pavlich said “puh-lease” to the 5th amendment-pleading DOJ: “If you’re going to bloviate and obfuscate, Mr. Holder, then I’m going to investigate. And if I find dirt then I’m going to expose you and this massive and murderous crime and cover-up.”

And investigate Katie did, and the gold (or, rather, blood) she found led her to pin the blame on the Attorney General, the Department of Homeland Insecurity and ultimately, the president himself. Katie concluded in her investigations, coupled with the insane lack of media attention and the stalling and bawling by the DOJ, that F&F was not an op that went awry but rather a backdoor grab for our guns that was uncovered when Terry was murdered. FYI to naysayers: Good luck refuting Katie’s conclusions.

Finally, I’d like to praise the 23-year-old Miss Pavlich, the product of a strong and loving dad and a stay-at-home mom—y’know, the kind of mom who “doesn’t work” whom the Left loathes? My tribe and I have been friends with Katie for the last couple of years, and here’s what I dig about her personally and professionally and which other young people would do well to emulate …

1. Katie, unlike the occupunks, believes that America and the principles upon which our nation was founded do not suck. She believes that the U.S.A. deserves our respect and is definitely worth fighting for.

2. Katie picks big fights. BHO, the DOJ and Mexican drug cartels are no small targets, mind you. Go big or go home, boys.

3. Katie is a hard worker and is not a prissy wannabe conservative starlet begging to be fawned over.

4. Katie is a happy warrior. Fighting for justice in this crap-laden culture can be a joy-sucking, hopeless business. Katie’s confident, however, that in time truth will prevail; it simply needs someone to find it, dust it off and declare it without fear.

Katie and other young twentysomethings like her whom I know—including both of my daughters and my son-in-law—represent what I have come to call “Generation Scary.” They are some of the scariest and most fearless young patriots walking this great land, and everybody and their dog who loves this country should get behind them and praise them and promote these young charges wherever the sun doth shine.

Once again, for those who can handle truth in an uncut form, this balls-out book picks no small fight and is definitely worth your time and money.

Rush To Judgment Over Florida Teen Slaying

I want to head something off – right now. Florida is NOT the DEEP South! Southerners in the true Deep South joke of Florida as a “Yankee” colony, not so much a southern state, as the result of the influx of people from the northern states over the past five or six decades. It is a bit of uncomfortable humor that hews too close to truth — especially for those in the coastal municipalities of that beautiful state.

Another thing, the shooting of the Florida black teen by a Hispanic man is not representative of black and white relations in the south anymore than it is in the northern states, the eastern states, the Midwest, or the West.

I don’t know what happened there when those two people met on that Florida street. Only two people know what happened — and one of them is dead. There are now reports that police have an eyewitness to the incident. A TV station in Orlando, Florida located and interviewed the witness. You can read that story HERE.

Other than the death of another human being there are two more things that trouble me.

One — is the rush to judgment by both the black and white communities and the trial of the shooter in the media. It is reminiscent of those lynch mobs of days gone by. In my opinion, there is no place in America for this sort of emotional outburst.

I have actually SEEN a lynch mob. As a young reporter, I was reporting on a rape when the lynch mob formed and marched to the county jail to drag the accused out and hang him.

I was there and I saw it, experienced it, and reported on it.

I even managed to get inside the jail where deputies were holed-up. State troopers were finally called in to quell the mob before someone was hurt. It was a tense and extremely dangerous incident.

You cannot imagine the rage in a mob of that kind. You can read about it, you can see it depicted on TV and in the movies, but until you have experienced it — believe me — you do not understand the power of unbridled rage. It is palpable and it is mindless, in and of itself, easily led by a single person willing to take on the responsibility of directing the rage of the mob.

Mob mentality is a sort of madness – insanity. At the core, a mob forces its will on others. That never ends well.

Since that event, I have distrusted mobs, demonstrations, displays of so-called “civil disobedience, or whatever the term in vogue at the time.

The action of a mob, or a demonstration (take your pick), never changes the hearts, minds, and attitudes of the people toward whom the mob’s rage is directed. The mob may force them into some sort of compliant behavior, but it only creates or intensifies the “target’s” distrust, distaste, disgust, and, perhaps, at a later time – defiance.

In the Florida situation, calm is called for. However, I doubt that will happen when the Mainstream Media is whipping up such a wave of emotion.

And Two – Florida’s gun laws. It is my understanding that the “Castle Doctrine” and the “Stand Your Ground Law” are two different things, although, it is possible that circumstances could bring both to bear on a single incident.

Seems to me that Stand Your Ground covers a defensive situation. The citizen under attack has the right, under law, not to retreat from his attacker — and he may use the force necessary to protect himself. The Castle Doctrine is pretty much the same except that it applies if your home (your castle) is being attacked/invaded.

North Carolina has some derivation of that law in place now.

In my opinion, both laws are good laws. Most southern states have those laws in place. Giving up those laws only moves us closer to a “police state.” To give up the God-given right to protect yourself, your family, and your possessions only hands (even) more power to the government and, unfortunately, leaves the citizen at the mercy of criminals.

I am very afraid the end result of all the demonstrations and such, in Florida will end with the citizens of that state — while in a state of high emotion – giving up more of their freedom and liberty, by repealing the Castle Doctrine or the Stand Your Ground Law – or both. That would be a mistake, in my estimation, one that will be paid for in the blood of Florida citizens for years to come.

Florida needs calm and clear thinking — not overruled by emotion — to investigate the incident completely and try to ascertain the truth the best they are able.

Today’s Mainstream Media’s instant communications has turned a local incident into a national incident and fanned the flames of raw emotion until reason is being drowned in a tidal wave of anger. Soon it will become political, in fact, I dare say, it already has.

The drum majors of “victimhood” are already taking advantage of that community’s grief. They have pointed a national spotlight on it, and they are fast making it an integral part of the political campaign of the candidate most reliant upon support from America’s black community in November.

If charges are brought against the shooter – can he possibly get a “fair” trial? If I were his attorney, I would argue there is no way an impartial jury can be found. I would argue, as well, that the case has already been tried in the media and the so-called “court of public opinion” and his/her client has been found guilty of – well, SOMETHING.

Finally: I suspect this incident will add fuel to the gungrabbers/gun control advocates coming campaign to disarm Americans. As I mentioned above, as much as we may find it distasteful and disgusting, this incident has already become political.

The whole incident has now become a part of our national politics and I believe it will be used — and abused — to the extent possible to propel political endeavors toward their respective goals.

I am afraid we will soon forget a young man’s life was cut short and another man’s life destroyed that night on a Florida street. We will be too caught up in the tsunami of emotion and politics whipped up by those who excel at the manipulation of their fellowman to remember our own humanity.

This morning I contacted the person in Bentonville, Arkansas who oversees Wal-Mart’s firearms program. Here is his response to my question (direct quote):

“We have no plans to sell handguns in any state in the near future (except for Alaska where we currently sell and have always sold handguns).”

So, if you have someone tell you Wal-Mart intends to sell handguns in Tennessee, you should realize they have no clue what they are talking about and MAY be blowing smoke at you for some ulterior motive.

This afternoon TICS received a phone call from a person who could not get his firearm out of pawn at a Tennessee pawn shop because when the background check was run and the firearm information was included, the firearm turned up a STOLEN GUN entry in the FBI’s NCIC Stolen Gun File. Of course, TICS dispatched law enforcement to the pawn shop to verify the firearm as being stolen and the responding officer confiscated the firearm.

The man himself had passed the TICS/NICS check but could not get his gun back. He called TICS to complain and told TICS that he had been paying the pawn shop on the gun for two years.

This is a great example of two things:

1) It is never a good idea to purchase a firearm from someone if you are not absolutely certain of its provenance and that it is not a stolen gun.

2) If the pawn shop had checked the firearm BEFORE taking it into pawn, this problem would have been averted by all. Now, the pawn shop probably has a disgruntled customer to deal with.

Use of the new online Stolen Gun Check function included in the TICS upgrade put into operation on January 9, 2012, can help eliminate this kind of problem.

Among the slick, million-dollar ads for the likes of Pepsi and Honda during the Super Bowl this Sunday, viewers in New York and Boston will see a far more modest spot. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Boston Mayor Thomas Menino will be sitting on a couch touting an issue most politicians avoid like the plague: gun control.

No, actually, what they want is people control.  Control people, be a dick-tater.

The two mayors, whose local teams face off in the big game, are making the pitch for Mayors Against Illegal Guns (MAIG), the organization they co-founded in 2006.

I don’t suppose both teams could lose, just to give both morons a black eye?  No, didn’t think so.  I won’t be watching the game anyway….I’ll be at church…”Lord willing and the creek don’t rise”!

Murder has been on the decline in New York and other major American cities for years, but the mayors say they still see too many dead cops and teens. On Tuesday night, Bloomberg was at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan visiting a New York police officer who had just been shot in the face in Brooklyn.

“We have someone who’s dedicated his life to protecting all of us, who has had a much too close brush with death tonight because of what appears to be an illegal gun,” Bloomberg told a news conference. He added that more Americans have been killed by illegal guns since 1968 than were killed in World War II.

I’m guessing Bloomberg doesn’t see the irony of that statement?  ILLEGAL guns.  Not law abiding LEGAL gunowners, but criminals, who can get their hands on guns about anytime they want….ILLEGALLY!  Perhaps the weasel should reconsider allowing law abiding citizens to arm themselves, and push back against the thugs?  Naw….that makes WAY too much sense.  What the clown is doing, is violating the citizens of New York’s Constitutionally protected right to “keep and bear arms”.  But that’s what libs do!

The American Civil Liberties Union and others insist those on the “Hollywood blacklist” were unfairly persecuted for exercising their constitutionally protected rights to freedom of assembly and speech.

Now there’s a new-millennium blacklist for American patriots who fail today’s political correctness test. Retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, a highly decorated special operations soldier with 36 years of service in uniform, is the newest name on the roster. The silence from the “civil liberties lobby” is deafening.

It often is said that our soldiers, sailors, airmen, guardsmen and Marines serve to “protect our freedoms” and “defend our liberties.” All true. Now consider what took place this week at the United States Military Academy at West Point — an institution responsible for training young men and women to protect America from those who mean us harm. West Point cadets take an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and to “bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” Many West Point graduates will deploy to fight radical Islamists who commit acts of terror against Americans and our allies.

I expressed my disgust, as politely as I could, here.  Organizations like CAIR and the ACLU are working overtime to destroy a once great, and Godly, nation.  Unless we reverse this trend, there will be no United States of America.  The erosion of our 1st Amendment rights may provoke the use of our 2nd Amendment rights!

Gov. Scott Walker has signed a bill that allows homeowners to legally kill intruders.

The bill, nicknamed the “Castle Doctrine,” creates a presumption of legal immunity for someone who kills or injures a person breaking into his or her home, vehicle or workplace. The measure requires a judge to presume that the use of deadly force was necessary.

IMHO, this should never even be an issue.  If someone is breaking into your home, it’s a pretty safe bet they aren’t there for tea and crumpets!

Exodus 22:2 If the thief is found breaking in, and he is struck so that he dies, there shall be no guilt for his bloodshed.

Ezekiel 33:5 He heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But he who takes warning will save his life.

I had a very dear friend who was attacked in her own bedroom by a man with a knife.  His intent was to kill her after….. If she had had a weapon, odds are, she would not have come so close to death, and lost a kidney. She is now permitted to carry at weapon at all times, even before carry was allowed in the state where she was living at the time, but if she had been able to prior to the attack?

M: You cannot save the planet, but you may be able to save yourself and your family.

Gun rights advocates in Tennessee are embracing an Arizona law that does away with a requirement that handgun owners get a permit before carrying their weapons in public — part of a more aggressive push to loosen state gun laws next year.

After being shut out last spring, gun rights supporters are planning to step up pressure on the Republican-led legislature to ease at least some of the state’s rules on carrying a handgun before they leave to campaign for re-election next year.

Their wish list includes opening all parks in the state to handguns and making it easier to carry guns into school and workplace parking lots. Advocates also plan to test the water for legislation modeled after a law passed in Arizona in 2010 that would make a handgun carry permit optional, in what would be the broadest change to Tennessee’s gun laws in nearly 20 years.

What part of “shall not be infringed” is so hard to understand?  Will criminals and crazy people get a hold of a gun?  They do now, so why not have armed citizens that could take down the bad guy?  The cops aren’t going to do much good if the bad guy is pulling the trigger while you are pulling out your phone!  Bad guys are less likely to harass a person they KNOW are packing.  Self defense is a right.  It doesn’t come from the government, on any level.  The right to protect yourself and your family, is a God given right.

I will add, for those who are going to get their knickers in a twist….I do believe anyone who buys a handgun SHOULD take safety glasses, and learn how to actually use their weapon safely before carrying it around with ‘em.
