Amid calls for more civility in politics, the president of South Carolina’s AFL-CIO has been caught on tape bashing a pinata with the face of South Carolina governor Nikki Haley as a crowd cheers and encourages her.
“She looks like a tough old girl, here” Donna Dewitt, the union official, says while adjusting the pinata for a perfect smash.
“Well, whack her harder!” says an unnamed voice. “Wait until her face comes around, whap her!”
After the “head” spins from a direct hit, Dewitt lets out a “woop!” and the crowd yells: “Give her another whack! Give her another whack! Hit her again! Hit her again! That one’s for me!”

Cupp told The Blaze she was “horrified and disgusted” when she first saw the image, which was passed along to her by a friend.
“It’s uncomfortable. I’m not in this business to talk about myself, I’m not in this business to talk about my character,” she said. “I‘d much rather be talking about Obama’s economic record or his foreign policy than myself and having to defend myself against [this photo].”
Speaking with Glenn Beck during his radio program Wednesday, Cupp said she’s seen a lot of misogyny against conservative women like Sarah Palin and Michelle Malkin, but she’s never seen anything “this disturbing and graphic.”
“You have to wonder if they had done this to someone like Nancy Pelosi or Michelle Obama, would that stand, would no one make a stink about it? I have to think they would,” Cupp demanded.

Lockerbie bomber Abdel Baset al-Megrahi dies in Libya, family says
Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, a Libyan intelligence officer who was the only person ever convicted in the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, died Sunday nearly three years after he was released from a Scottish prison to the outrage of the relatives of the attack’s 270 victims. He was 60.
Scotland released al-Megrahi on Aug. 20, 2009, on compassionate grounds to let him return home to die after he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. At the time, doctors predicted he had only three months to live.
Anger over the release was further stoked by the hero’s welcome he received on his arrival in Libya — and by subsequent allegations that London had sought his release to preserve business interests in the oil-rich North African nation, strongly denied by the British and Scottish governments.
You’ll excuse me while I feel NO sympathy, not for him, not for his family, not for his fellow ‘countrymen’ and fellow muzzies. NONE. ZIP. ZILCH. If GB was actually a civilized country, the piece of male bovine excrement would have been shot….repeatedly so he could get the full impact of pain….with a very slow death. Soldier Attacked By Cowards
U.S. Army soldier brutally beaten in South Tampa
Police want your help finding four men who teamed up to beat a young U.S. Army soldier in a South Tampa street.
It was an awful welcome to Tampa Bay for a young soldier. Police say the victim of a violent beating caught on camera is 24 years old and has lived in Tampa for less than a month.
He’s a U.S. Army soldier assigned to MacDill Air Force Base and lives not far from the base at Dale Mabry Hwy. and Interbay Blvd.
Police say Sunday morning, at around 3 a.m., the soldier’s car broke down a few miles from home along Westshore Blvd.
The attack came when he was walking home and using Iowa St. to get from Westshore to Dale Mabry. At the intersection of Iowa and Renellie Dr., the man came into the view of a neighbor’s motion-activated security camera.
A group of three young men is seen walking ahead of the soldier. Police say one of the men in the group doubled back and asked to soldier to borrow a dollar. When the soldier reached for his wallet, the first punch flew.
A sucker punch, no less.
This is a young man who is serving his country, doing what he can to keep trash like this safe, and this is how he is repaid for his service?

One on one seems quite rare. When will Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton be holding their rally in support of this young man? When will they be out demanding justice for this soldier? Will Obama take to the airwaves, calling the attack of one of “HIS” soldiers ‘stupid’?

Sending banks envelopes of white power, even though found to be non-toxic, really isn’t the mark of a ‘peaceful’ organization, is it. Included with their little gift:

Crucifixion was not only one of the most disgraceful forms of death, it was one of the most dreaded methods of execution in the ancient world. Accounts of crucifixions are recorded among early civilizations, most likely originating with the Persians and then spreading to the Assyrians, Scythians, Carthaginians, Germans, Celts and Britons. We bandy about words to the point where they lose all meaning. One good example would be ‘racism’, a word so overused, and misapplied, it has lost much of it’s impact. For the Obama administration to use the word crucify in relation to energy, particularly the gas and oil industry, is totally mind boggling.

If it ever was a secret, it’s not a secret any longer: The Obama Administration is on a vindictive campaign to injure America’s oil and gas industry. The proof materialized last week when video of an Environmental Protection Agency official revealed the White House’s vicious attitude toward the very industries that supply the American people a reliable, affordable energy source. Yesterday, that official fell on his sword and resigned to spare the president any further embarrassment from the truth he disclosed.
Last week, Heritage’s Lachlan Markay reported on a video showing EPA Region VI Administrator Al Armendariz describe his agency’s “philosophy of enforcement” with respect to the regulation of oil and gas companies — likening it to brutal tactics employed by the ancient Roman army to intimidate its foes into submission. With a wry smile, Armendariz detailed the joy with which the EPA inflicts punishment on the disfavored industries:
It was kind of like how the Romans used to, you know, conquer the villages in the Mediterranean. They’d go into a little Turkish town somewhere and they’d find the first five guys they saw and they’d crucify them. And then, you know, that town was really easy to manage for the next few years.
Lest there be any doubt, it’s worth reiterating the point — according to Armendariz, the EPA views its enforcement efforts as a violent crucifixion used to strong arm companies into submission. The Constitution bars cruel and unusual punishment, but evidently that doesn’t apply to the axe-wielding EPA when it comes to enforcing regulations.

Doctors back demands to deny NHS treatment for smokers and the obese
More than half of doctors across the UK have backed controversial measures to withhold treatment to smokers and the obese.
According to a new survey around 54 per cent of those who took part said the NHS should have the right to deny non-emergency treatments to those who fail to lose weight or kick their smoking habits.
Members of the networking website doctors.net.uk were asked ‘Should the NHS be allowed to refuse non-emergency treatments to patients unless they lose weight or stop smoking?’
And although the poll was optional 593 of the 1,096 doctors who participated answered yes.
Uh huh. I see. Well, let’s look a little closer, shall we? The original Hippocratic Oath was quite lengthy, so I won’t copy and paste it here. It’s the oldest binding oath in history. Note the word….BINDING! Obviously, a lot of things have changed since ancient Greece, and the oath which I thought ALL doctors too upon getting their license was still valid.
The modern version (which, yes, I AM copying and pasting):

I will respect the hard-won scientific gains of those physicians in whose steps I walk, and gladly share such knowledge as is mine with those who are to follow.

I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon’s knife or the chemist’s drug.
I will not be ashamed to say “I know not,” nor will I fail to call in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient’s recovery.
I will respect the privacy of my patients, for their problems are not disclosed to me that the world may know. Most especially must I tread with care in matters of life and death. Did I miss something? Isn’t this oath just as binding as the ancient oath of Hippocrates? So, since doctors now feel they can withhold treatment of the obese and smokers, what’s next? Being overweight just might not be a matter of eating too much, but rather a genetic issue, or caused by some medical problem. There are medications which pack on the pounds no matter what you eat, or don’t eat. I should know…I’ve taken some of those meds. 
Smoking? Well, if the WHO hadn’t scrubbed their report back in the 90s about how second hand smoke was NOT as dangerous as what the ‘activist nannies’ would like you to believe, then I’d be able to link to it. (Really wish they had ‘screen shot’ back then. sigh… Or I had had the presence of mind to print it out!) Breathing today is hazardous to your health, so who’s to say that a smoker is any less worthy of treatment than a non smoker?
So, what’s next? Will they refuse treatment to gays? I mean, that is an unhealthy lifestyle. How about pregnant women? Pregnancy can also be dangerous. How about those who play sports, or drive cars, or those with allergies? Perhaps they’ll refuse to treat Muslim women because they live in a culture that can be quite hazardous to their health! How about the elderly? I mean, after all, they are going to die anyway, right? Why treat them for a broken bone, or pneumonia?
I have a much better idea. Get rid of socialized medicine, and strip those 593 so called physicians of their licenses!

I wonder if Trayvon Martin’s parents, who seem rational, believe these types of crimes ‘honor’ their son’s memory? I’m fairly sure race baitors, Sharpton and Jackson, and even Obama believe it does, since none of them have bothered to speak out. Says a whole lot about them, doesn’t it. I’m fairly sure Dr Martin Luther King Jr would be sickened by such actions. The mob mentality! These blacks who are attacking whites are no better than the KKK, they are just a different color, and instead of white sheets, they wear hoodies. No difference at all on the inside.
The Face Of A Terrorist?
The TSA sure seems to think so!
Of all the many complaints about airport security and the TSA, one of the most common is that they make little distinction between plausible security threats and passengers unlikely to be doing anything wrong.
And a recent incident in Wichita, Kansas has reinforced that argument, as a four-year-old girl was apparently subjected to a humiliating ordeal after she hugged her grandmother while she was waiting in line.
The girl was accused of having a gun and declared a ‘high security threat’, while agents threatened to shut down the whole airport if she could not be calmed down.
When asked about the overbearing treatment the girl received, a TSA spokesman did not apologise and insisted that correct procedures had been followed.
Haven’t we let this utter………………..BULLSHIT to go on long enough? This has gone far beyond bad jokes. Our government is ALLOWING one of ITS agencies to terrorize old women, children, the infirm, and people just trying to get from point A to point B with as little hassle as possible.
It wasn’t bad enough that airlines no longer give actual service to their customers, who PAY for the privilege of having rude ticket agents abuse them, be crammed into tiny seats with no leg room like cattle, and have their property stolen. No…that wasn’t enough. Now we are subjected to humiliation, a total violation of our 4th Amendment rights, and small children are traumatized.
Instead of watching for those who WOULD do harm, because their so called ‘religion’ tells them to, this government agency runs roughshod over innocent American citizens!
I would like to know when Congress is going to put a stop to this. NOW would be a real good time. It should NEVER have gone this far! We have been stripped of our liberties, one at a time, slowly over the years, and no one seems to notice. The frog was put into the cold water. Now, apparently, that’s just not fast enough for OUR employees. No..they’ve turned the burner up, and the water is on the verge of boiling. It’s time for us frogs to jump!

Media Matters’ targets revealed: business, wealth, Christianity
When David Brock applied for tax-exempt status for Media Matters for America, he told the IRS exactly who his group would be fighting against: businesses, wealthy Americans and conservative Christians.
“Media Matters for America (MMA) believes that news reporting and analysis by the American media, with its eye on profit margin and preservation of the status quo, has become biased,” read the group’s application, obtained by The Daily Caller, “It is common for news and commentary by the press to present viewpoints that tend to overly promote corporate interests, the rights of the wealthy, and a conservative, Christian-influenced ideology.”
Ya know, I’d find such statements downright hilarious if I thought these people were actually kidding. But sadly, they are not. I’d like to tell you people at MMA that if Christians had control of the media, you wouldn’t be watching 90% of the garbage you see on TV these days, and that includes the flippin’ commercials!
Media Matters has made no secret of its adherence to progressive principles, but flagging Christianity as having undue influence in media is the latest revelation about the group’s treatment of religion.
I honestly don’t think they realize just how much influence the opposite of Christianity has influenced all media. And that’s quite sad. From the evening news, to the car commercials, we have seen a complete turn around in our society. From shame to anything goes, sending the message to young girls that it’s ok to be a ‘slut’, as long as you dress like one…get your sexy little girl panties and drive the boys wild. Seriously? Do you actually believe that if TRUE Christians had the sort of influence that MMA says it does, that we’d be seeing a commercial for “Three and a Half Men” with a major character stating ‘your mother and my mother are having an affair’? Would we be seeing Bones and Booth having a baby, living together, with no hint of matrimony? Would trash like Jersey Shore be renewed season after season? Seriously? Do they really believe that any true Bible believing, washed in the Blood, Christian would allow such garbage to be shown on their television, if they had so much influence in the media? How about that Seventeen Magazine? Have you seen a copy of that lately? I wouldn’t line my cat box with the garbage they print, but young girls are influenced by the pictures they see of those refugee from Auschwitz type models, and many end up starving themselves to death because they feel they are ugly. What is ugly is what the media portrays as beautiful and normal.
I won’t even get into what they pass off as ‘music’. “Bitches”? “Hos”? Violence, screeching unintelligible lyrics, that if most parents could understand, would find itself in the shredder. At least I hope it would!
Unfortunately, there are far too many churches in this country who have turned a blind eye to the negative message the media presents, all in the name of diversity, acceptance, and tolerance. I honestly wish that Christianity had as much influence in the media as this bunch of leftists would like to portray. Hollywood would produce movies without a load of four lettered words that add nothing to the dialogue, there would be an obvious lack of gratuitous sex, and boys and girls could find some role models that didn’t encourage them to destroy their lives with binge drinking and drug use, casual sex, and baby murder.
As parents, we have an obligation to teach our kids right from wrong. I, sadly, was a bad influence on my kid. Yep, I was a really bad mother. If I had had more positives in my life, than negatives…sadly, of my own choosing, perhaps I could have become a better role model for her. Thankfully, she overcame my stupidity, and has turned out much better than I had hoped.
Am I a prude? Yep…reckon so….now. Through my life, I have learned many lessons, one of which dragged me kicking and screaming OUT of that world, and into one where I have found true joy. We should be so lucky that the media would present the TRUE side of Christianity, and be so influenced.
IMHO, this organization does not qualify as tax exempt, as it’s stated purpose for receiving it was based on complete lies!
