Foul Play Ruled Likely in Case of Spy Found Dead in Bag
Deepening the mystery surrounding the death of a reclusive MI6 agent found doubled up inside a padlocked duffel bag in his London flat, a coroner said on Wednesday that it was unlikely that the case would ever be solved, but that the “balance of probabilities” suggested that he had been unlawfully killed. Scotland Yard reacted immediately by saying it would continue its efforts to hunt down the killer.
Let’s see…ya got a dead body, folded in half, locked in a duffel bag, and the genius of a coroner says the ‘balance of probabilities’ SUGGESTS he was unlawfully killed? Gosh! Do they actually pay you for your brilliant deductions, Sherlock?

Social-diversity programs as applied to the U.S. military have been accompanied by a startling number of sex crimes: 515 rapes, 414 aggravated sexual assaults and 349 forcible sodomies documented by the Criminal Investigation Command in just 2011, according to an analysis of several military reports.

“Pentagon officials regularly praise their own work and proclaim undeserved ‘success,’ even though evidence of sexual misconduct, both consensual and non-consensual, continues to accelerate, year after year,” said Elaine Donnelly, chief of the Center for Military Readiness.
If the increased number of sexual assaults in the Army is what they consider ‘success’, we have got some major problems going on in the Pentagon.
The organization studied several new military reports to arrive at its assessment of what’s been going on in the ranks over the past few years, as Barack Obama and his compatriots in Congress eliminated the longstanding “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy that banned open homosexuals from the military.
Repealing DODT was a really bad idea. For many years, gays served in the military, many with honor, but they weren’t allowed to ‘flaunt’ their sexuality. Many of those around them ‘knew’, but as long as it wasn’t blatant, then most had no problem. However….the increase in assaults can NOT be blamed on this repeal. The increase in assaults began when someone had the bright idea that men and women were the same, and should be trained together. Are they out of their flippin’ minds? Obviously, the answer is……………..YES!
“It is time to reconsider and change flawed policies that are weakening the culture of the only military we have,” Donnelly said.

But what I can’t figure out is why you didn’t even say goodbye…
As you may, or may not know, we live out in the country. The number of animals we have come up to our door, just wanting attention, or food, is mind boggling. Many of them do live around the neighborhood, but are left to wander freely, with no concern of whether or not they get run over by some fool driving too fast around the curve.
There have been some, though, that I know have just been dumped off. I see them sitting at the corner, like they are waiting. They see a car coming and stand up. When the car passes by, they’ll sit back down, and begin their wait again. It tears me apart to have to leave them there. If I could, I would bring every single one of them home. We don’t have a fenced in yard, and there is a two lane highway behind our house. I just can’t do it. The Mr won’t allow it, and it kills me to see these adorable creatures left to fend for themselves.
I would very much like to find who does this to a ‘family pet’, and do the same damn thing to them. Take them out in the middle of no where, and just leave them. Let them know how it feels to be abandoned by someone they believed loved and cared for them. Yes, I know these are animals, but they are living beings, a creation of God, and we treat them like disposable diapers. This type of cruelty ranks with the physical torture some seem to think is ‘fun’, but the scars are on the inside, instead of the outside.
If you can’t afford your pet, who actually is a family member, find a good home for him/her. Take the animal to a no kill shelter, find someway to make sure he/she will be ok. DO NOT DUMP THEM OFF ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD! Believe, if I EVER see someone do that to an animal, they better haul ass because I will make sure everyone in the county knows just who they are!

Last week, on March 26, The Orlando Sentinel had this story with the headline:
Trayvon Martin case: Martin was the aggressor, police sources say
The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that police sources say Martin was the aggressor on Feb. 26, knocking Zimmerman to the ground with a single punch and then climbing on top of the 28-year-old neighborhood watch captain and slamming the back of his head into the ground. Police say this account, given by Zimmerman, is supported by eyewitnesses, according to the Sentinel’s report.
One such witness reportedly told police that he saw Martin on top of Zimmerman, striking the man, while Zimmerman cried out for help. The attack left Zimmerman bloodied, police sources told the Sentinel, and led him to fire at Martin in self-defense.
Police say Zimmerman was bleeding from the nose, had a fat lip and confirm that the back of his head was cut. He received first aid at the scene but refused to go to the hospital and received medical treatment the following day, according to the Sentinel’s sources.
So, if this information has been out for the last week or so, why isn’t it common knowledge? I mean, I knew about it, but I typically check more than one source for information. If these are actual facts in the case, evidently, facts don’t matter to the BCB, or the race baiters. 
Question: Did the police take any pictures of Zimmerman’s injuries? If so, why haven’t they released them? Such pictures would go a long way to back up Zimmerman’s claim of being attacked.
Another question: Will the BCB introduce a resolution to commemorate Nancy and Bob Strait? How about one for the young Latino boy?

Third student dies in shooting rampage at Ohio high school, authorities say
A third student who was wounded in a shooting rampage at an Ohio high school died Tuesday morning, according to hospital spokeswoman.
The family of Demetrius Hewlin released a statement following his death.
“We are very saddened by the loss of our son and others in our Chardon community,” Hewlin’s family said in a statement. “Demetrius was a happy young man who loved life and his family and friends.”
Earlier Tuesday, Chardon Police Chief Tim McKenna said during a news conference that 17-year-old Russell King Jr., who was airlifted to a hospital following the shooting, “has passed.”
Two other students were wounded in the shooting. Another student, 16-year-old Daniel Parmertor, died hours after the shooting.
Rest in peace, young ones. Many prayers with the families and friends.

5 students hurt in shooting at Chardon High School; suspect in custody
Five students have been injured in a shooting this morning at Chardon High School.
According to the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI, a suspect has been arrested. Scott Wilson of the FBI said they believe there was only one shooter, but the incident remains under investigation.
Initial reports were that four students were shot. But at a news conference about 10:30 a.m., officials said there was a fifth victim.
The youth who was arrested had fled the high school building, but was caught on Woodin Road in Chardon Township, a law officer said. The boy is being processed at the sheriff’s office, according to reports about 9 a.m.
In my years of education, some private, mostly public, not once was there a shooting at a school. We still had God and country as part of our curriculum, and it was taken quite seriously. Now, we’re not even shocked anymore when we hear about some kid who goes on a rampage. Outraged, yes, but shocked? No. There is something seriously missing in our society now. A lack of knowledge between right and wrong? Somehow, we have become a society that has lost the ability to deal with things we don’t like, or are offended by, and the response is violence.
I pray the kids will be ok, and that ALL parents will instill in the rest of them a set of values, that should be automatic. The schools are failing our kids in that area.

Why voter ID should matter to Americans of all races
The Rev. Jesse Jackson and other establishment civil rights leaders scolded South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley earlier this year on Martin Luther King Jr. Day no less, for her state’s voter identification law. They reminded her that her Indian ancestry (Gov. Haley’s parents are from Amritsar in India’s Punjab Province) makes her a minority.
NAACP president Benjamin Jealous, a hostile opponent of ballot security measures, said that — by participating in King Day observances — Governor Haley is “willing to deify the dreamer and desecrate the dream.”
A more solemn Jackson intoned: “She couldn’t vote before 1965, just as I couldn’t.”
I wonder if anyone bothered to point out to these poverty pimps that the reason they couldn’t vote was because DEMOCRATS wouldn’t let them? Naw….probably not!
Here’s a fact. Nikki Haley couldn’t vote until 1990 because she was born in 1972. There were no more racial barriers to her voting then and none exist today.

On January 19, two days before the 2012 South Carolina primary, the state attorney general, Alan Wilson informed the Justice Department that a study of the Department of Motor Vehicles records and voting records indicates that 953 votes were cast on behalf of dead people in past South Carolina elections.
Apparently, not even dying can prevent people from voting! I wonder how I can find out if my parents have been voting?
Seriously, if these people are so worried about voting rights, how about being concerned with the voting rights of the living? How about concerning themselves with the right of EVERYONE to vote….legally! Oh, wait a minute. I forgot. Silly me! That’s not how the left does things. Legal only counts if their guy wins. To hell with legitimate votes. Don’t you ever wonder if that woman hadn’t suddenly discover boxes of ballots in the trunk of her car, if that non funny ‘comedienne’ would be sitting in the Senate right now?
The Case Of The Disappearing Pills
Audit: Crump police failed to track pills
An investigative audit done by the state of Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation revealed that the Crump Police Department in Hardin County failed to account for at least 343 pills, according to an audit report.
The audit said that the investigation was part of the ongoing process of examining the records of municipalities. Done in cooperation with the TBI, the investigation included an inventory of contraband property and focused primarily on the period of July 1, 2008, through Aug. 31, 2011.
“Our investigative audit revealed that at least 343 pills seized by the Crump Police Department … were not in evidence and were unaccounted for,” Dennis F. Dycus, the Treasury’s director of municipal audit, said in a letter to the Crump mayor and board of aldermen. “Initially, the police chief discovered that several contraband drugs awaiting transport to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation laboratory for testing were missing.
I will admit, I have no idea how such things works, but honestly, I would think that such a large number of pills vanishing would have been noticed fairly quickly. Crump is a very small town, quite rural. Shoot, you can’t even really call it a town. One stop light, a couple of gas station/c-stores, and a flea market. Like I said, not much of a town. The police department is small, so losing a large number of pills in the office would be just a WEE bit suspicious. This does not bode well for the community.
Holder’s Crime Syndicate
A U.S. Justice Department source has told The Daily Caller that at least two DOJ prosecutors accepted cash bribes from allegedly corrupt finance executives who were indicted under court seal within the past 13 months, but never arrested or prosecuted.
The sitting governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, his attorney general and an unspecified number of Virgin Islands legislators also accepted bribes, the source said, adding that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is aware prosecutors and elected officials were bribed and otherwise compromised, but has not held anyone accountable.
Is there NO ONE accountable in Obama’s administration?
The bribed officials, an attorney with knowledge of the investigation told TheDC, remain on the taxpayers’ payroll at the Justice Department without any accountability. The DOJ source said Holder does not want to admit public officials accepted bribes while under his leadership.
I may not be the brightest bulb in the box, but even I know that bribery is a crime. And these criminals are still on OUR dime?
DOJ leadership has been fretting internally, the source said, about how to handle the story when the news breaks because it represents a new level of corruption in the Obama administration. The Holder Justice Department is concerned about the appearance that it lacks the competence to enforce the laws in which Obama has shown political interest, including those related to corruption and other financial crimes.
The list is growing of the Obama administration’s crimes. Under the so called leadership of Eric Holder, crime seems to be the norm for his department. When will we see the arrest of this feckless weasel?
What’s To Be Done?
While moseying through my email this morning, I came across a link I decided to check out, instead of automatically deleting. Sometimes I do that cuz there is so much in my email, I can’t really read it all. So, here I’m reading this link about the aging population in the prisons, and come to the very last paragraph:
”A burgeoning geriatric prisoner population has important financial, practical, and moral implications for all Americans, not just those incarcerated. The United States should consider whether such a population is something that the country wants or needs. Human Rights Watch believes it is neither,” the report says.
Uh….and what exactly is that suppose to mean? What does this ‘Human Rights Watch’ propose to do with the aging population inside those prison walls? Should criminals be let out of prison, to drain more tax dollars through Medicare, etc? Or, should they just be….’done away with’? I must admit, this particular paragraph has me rather baffled, and concerned. I do believe criminals should pay for crimes they commit, no matter their age. If murder was their crime, then we shouldn’t be supporting them with 3 squares and a bed. They should be put out of our misery. Other than that, I don’t see what this ‘watch’ bunch is proposing.
Occupy = Criminals
Police arrest about 300 Occupy Oakland protesters
Oakland police said they arrested about 300 people Saturday as protesters spent a portion of the day trying to get into a vacant convention center, and later broke into City Hall and tried to occupy a YMCA.
Police spokesman Jeff Thomason said most of the arrests came around 8 p.m. local time, when police took many protesters into custody as they marched through the city’s downtown, with some entering a YMCA building.
At about the same time police were taking people into custody near the YMCA, about 100 police officers surrounded City Hall, while others swept the inside of the building looking for protesters who had broken into the building, then ran out of the building with American flags before officers arrived.
Let’s see, breaking and entering, vandalism, theft. Does that pretty much cover it?
Oakland Mayor Jean Quan during a news briefing late Saturday said protesters had forced their way into City Hall, where they burned flags, broke into an electrical box and damaged several art structures, including a recycled art exhibit created by children.
Are they going to spout the tired line/lie “It’s for the CHILDREN”?
Police said the group assembled at a downtown plaza Saturday morning, with demonstrators threatening to take over the vacant Henry Kaiser Convention Center. The group then marched through the streets, disrupting traffic.
The crowd grew as the day wore on, with afternoon estimates ranging from about 1,000 to 2,000 people.
The protesters walked to the vacant convention center, where some started tearing down perimeter fencing and “destroying construction equipment” shortly before 3 p.m., police said.
Just because a building is vacant, doesn’t mean it doesn’t belong to someone. And unless that someone says you can move into it, then you are nothing more than a criminal. When you destroy someone else’s property, you are a criminal.
Police said they issued a dispersal order and used smoke and tear gas after some protesters pelted them with bottles, rocks, burning flares and other objects.
Most of the arrests were made when protesters ignored orders to leave and assaulted officers, police said. By 4 p.m., the bulk of the crowd had left the convention center and headed back downtown.
When you assault another person, whether they are LOE or a private citizen, you are a criminal.
The demonstration comes after Occupy protesters said earlier this week that they planned to move into a vacant building and turn it into a social center and political hub. They also threatened to try to shut down the port, occupy the airport and take over City Hall.
When you intentionally interfere with business, you are a criminal.
Hey…let’s face it! These occutards are nothing but criminal elements. They are thieves, liars and cheats. They want to take what belongs to someone else, and destroy it. How about they go home, and destroy their own property? They are a hazard to the general public, and if the mayor isn’t going to do her job, and watch out of the WHOLE city, then perhaps she needs to find another line of work.
This is no longer a 1st Amendment issue. Freedom of speech doesn’t cover destruction and theft! Here’s a thought. How about letting them into that vacant building, and lock the doors. It can be their jail. After all, isn’t that what you do with criminals? Put them in jail?

Latinos Upset With Obama Over Deportations, Still Likely to Vote for Him
The Pew Hispanic Center published a report Wednesday showing that Latinos dislike President Obama’s deportation policies. Obama has roughly doubled the number of deportations of illegal immigrants since taking office. Regardless, Latinos do not see Republican candidates as offering a better alternative and will likely vote for Obama in high numbers again.
Fifty-nine percent said they disapprove of the way Obama is handling deportations, according to the Pew Hispanic Center’s survey of 1,220 Latinos in the United States. Only 27 percent approve, and 13 percent said they do not know or refused to answer the question.
The number of deportations of undocumented immigrants has risen dramatically under Obama. On average, the Obama administration has deported close to 400,000 immigrants each year he has been in office. This is about 30 percent more than the number of deportations during President George W. Bush’s second term and about double the number of deportations during Bush’s first term. This is despite the fact that illegal immigration, and apprehensions of illegal immigrants, is lower than during the Bush administration due to the economic recession.
You mean to tell me that people who came here legally, or have been in this country for generations, of Hispanic origin, are pro-criminal? If that’s the case, the I’d suggest they just say so. Because that’s what we’re talking about here…criminals. They break into our home, demand we feed, clothe, and take care of their medical bill, pay for their education, and this is ok? I don’t freakin’ think so!
And FYI….they aren’t immigrants…undocumented or otherwise! They are illegal invaders! They have broken our laws, and should NOT be rewarded!
Also, considering that Latinos are typically Catholic, explain to me why so many vote for Democrats. Life is suppose to be precious, yet the Democrats are all for murdering babies. They are also quite pro family, yet Democrats have spent the last 40+ years doing their darnedest to destroy families. Latinos are typically very hard working folks, yet the Democrats want everyone to be dependent on the government for sustenance. Seriously, it just doesn’t make a bit of sense!

After the various violent mishaps that followed the release of the shoes, community leaders claim the people at the top should take responsibility.
Are they freakin’ serious????? Blame the company? Not the trash criminals? They are shoes people! Get a grip! Evidently, those who perpetrate the crimes over a damn pair of over priced shoes are victims. Large piles of caca de toro!
