Ann on GOPers Stupidity

Video via Daily Caller.

If the GOP is this stupid, it deserves to die
by Ann Coulter

Democrats terrify Hispanics into thinking they’ll be lynched if they vote for Republicans, and then turn around and taunt Republicans for not winning a majority of the Hispanic vote.

This line of attack has real resonance with our stupidest Republicans. (Proposed Republican primary targets: Sens. Kelly Ayotte, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio.) Which explains why Republicans are devoting all their energy to slightly increasing their share of the Hispanic vote while alienating everyone else in America.

It must be fun for liberals to manipulate Republicans into focusing on hopeless causes. Why don’t Democrats waste their time trying to win the votes of gun owners?

I Don’t Have To Obey The Law!

12 June 2013, 8:48 am. No Comments. Filed under Congress, Crime, Male Bovine Excrement, Senate, U.S. Constitution.

Nope! There’s not one man made law I ever have to follow again.

I don’t have to obey the speed limit. I can cheat, lie and steal, if I want. I don’t even have to obey the rules set forth by our founders in the Constitution, although, I’m more inclined to follow those rules in the Bill of Rights, because, well, they ARE God given after all.

Why, you are asking, would I want to be a criminal? Well, why not? Evidently, I wouldn’t really be a criminal. Even criminals aren’t criminals. So, being a non-criminal criminal is the way to go these days. The Senate has said so! Since no one who has invaded our borders has to obey the law, why the hell should I? If I drank, I could drive drunk, kill people, and have no consequences. I could ‘smuggle’ in all sorts of drugs, shoot people in the streets, kidnap and murder, and it wouldn’t matter a bit. The Senate said so!!

I don’t have to respect the laws they’ve made up. Why should I? They don’t, and they are saying it’s ok for people from foreign countries to break any and all the laws, so why shouldn’t I! Criminals can vote, even if they aren’t supposed to. They can even vote 2, 3, or 10 times. Why shouldn’t I?? Why shouldn’t all of us vote multiple times for the candidates of our choice? It’s ok with the DoJ, so why not?

Nope! The Constitution doesn’t mean a damn thing to those we foolishly put into office to uphold it, and to keep our nation safe. Why the hell should we listen to a damn thing they say? Rules and regulations? Pfft! Don’t mean a thing!!

oathnoun

1. a solemn appeal to a deity, or to some revered person or thing, to witness one’s determination to speak the truth, to keep a promise, etc.: to testify upon oath.
2. a statement or promise strengthened by such an appeal.
3. a formally affirmed statement or promise accepted as an equivalent of an appeal to a deity or to a revered person or thing; affirmation.
4. the form of words in which such a statement or promise is made.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

Nope!  I don’t have to follow their rules.  They took an oath.  They broke their word.  Their word means shit!  And I wouldn’t walk across the street to spit on a one of them if they were on fire!  Well, maybe Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, or a couple of others.  But the rest of ‘em?  In a pig’s eye!

Both Houses of Congress, and the administration have violated their oaths of office.  Through such violations, WE, The People have a right…no…we have a DUTY to remove them office!  To quote P/H:  “They are “ruling” without our consent, and hence the federal government is now illegitimate.”

They LIKE Criminals!

I guess I’ve never kept it a secret how I feel about criminal invaders, aka illegal immigrants, aka undocumented immigrants.  I don’t know why they use the word ‘immigrant’, because when you immigrate somewhere, you go through the process of…well…immigrating.  What Congress is attempting to do is make us believe this bill is a good thing, and will bring people, who entered our country illegally, out from the shadows, to pay taxes, assimilate, and become productive members of society.  What they are REALLY trying to do is grab a huge voter bloc, assuming these criminals, as most criminals do, will vote Democrat.

It’s quite depressing to know that there are a few Rs we had such high hopes for, that have allowed themselves to be led…by the nose…down that Primrose path by deceptive Ds.

So, since it’s already a well known fact I vehemently OPPOSE this sham, I won’t waste my time or energy this morning to reiterate.  :)

Four Words to Watch in the Immigration Debate
Amy Payne – The Foundry

The Senate will begin debate on the Gang of Eight’s immigration proposal next week. Here are four words to watch out for as the Senators make their case—and warnings about what they might mean.

1. COST

“Cost” is one word that should come up in the immigration debate, because the Gang of Eight’s amnesty proposal has a cost that is simply too high for Americans to bear. Heritage analysis found that amnesty would cost taxpayers trillions of dollars.

Amnesty means that illegal immigrants become legal—and become eligible for Obamacare benefits, Social Security, welfare, and Medicare. But they won’t pay enough into the system in taxes to cover the cost of all these benefits, meaning the rest of the taxpayers will have to bear the burden. This simply isn’t fair to hard-working Americans.

2. BORDER

Despite claims of security—and talk of amending the bill—the Gang of Eight immigration bill doesn’t secure the border. Instead, it “delivers nothing new—other than the promise of spending a lot more money and running up our debt.” As James Carafano, Heritage’s E. W. Richardson Fellow, explains: “Amnesty immediately creates an incentive for illegal border crossings and overstays. Thus, the bill’s strategy would drive up the cost of securing the border.”

3. AMNESTY

Heritage President Jim DeMint has said that it’s a false choice for people to say that amnesty is necessary to immigration reform. Amnesty encourages more illegal immigration, and that is not what immigration reform is supposed to do.

Former Attorney General Ed Meese, Heritage’s Ronald Reagan Distinguished Fellow Emeritus, reminds us that America has tried this before, and it didn’t work:

Today they call it a “roadmap to citizenship.” Ronald Reagan called it “amnesty.” And he was right. The 1986 reform did not solve our immigration problem—in fact, the population of illegal immigrants has nearly quadrupled since that “comprehensive” bill.

4. “COMPREHENSIVE”

Beware the word “comprehensive.” As Meese notes above, the amnesty of 1986 was also called a “comprehensive” approach to immigration reform. It doesn’t work, and it’s not what we need. We need a separate, step-by-step approach to immigration reform. An approach that works—that the American people can trust—would start with reforming the legal immigration system and enforcing the security measures that are supposed to be in place.

A Campaign Ploy

3 May 2013, 7:13 am. Comments Off. Filed under Opinion.

Are the ‘gang of eight’ campaigning for votes? Illegal votes? Cuz honestly, that’s the ONLY reason I can see for making the U.S. of A. a third world country. Oh…wait a minute. If this were a third world country, they wouldn’t be offering up amnesty and “free” gifts. Nope, there would be bodies piling up. Good thing we’re more civilized…for the moment.  How about we stay civilized, and enforce the laws we have on the books, eh?  NO AMNESTY FOR CRIMINALS!  It’s really not that complicated.

The Gang of Eight Immigration Bill, Explained in One Infographic
Kelsey Harris & Rob Bluey – The Foundry

Senators return to Washington next week to debate the Gang of Eight’s comprehensive immigration bill. Heritage President Jim DeMint has said the bill is “unfair, it costs too much, and it’s going to make the problem worse.” We’ve put together an infographic that explains some of the major problems with a “comprehensive” approach to immigration reform. Forward this to a friend to share these concerns.

NO AMNESTY!!

18 April 2013, 9:08 am. Comments Off. Filed under Opinion.

The “Gang of Eight” is giving us an eight hundred and forty four pages of amnesty, something the country was promised would NEVER happen again. Call it what you will Senator Rubio, it is still amnesty. Oh sure, you tell us that these criminals will be at the back of line, yada yada, pay fines, yada yada, and on and on. The problem is….we already have laws on the books concerning people entering the country illegally, and they are not enforced!

I don’t blame the children who were brought here by parents who had a total disregard for the law. I DO however, blame them for their behavior. Why do they believe they have more ‘rights’ than those who come legally, following the legal procedure for immigrating, waiting YEARS? No, sorry, if you are a child brought here by criminal parents, you too, are an ILLEGAL. By marching in the streets, waving a foreign flag, demanding “rights”, you tell me you don’t want to be an American, so why don’t you go home?

Secure the border, round up the criminals, put them on a bus, and take them back to the border. Watch very carefully, as those go through the narrow gates, to make sure they don’t try to sneak back in. Those who are from countries that need to fly, they pay for their one way ticket home!

And why doesn’t anyone address the FACT that there are TERRORISTS sneaking across that border, along with the drugs? People who want to destroy our country, kill innocents, are being brought by coyotes, for the sole purpose of destruction. Why don’t you tell the truth Janet? Is it because you WANT them here? Constantly stating the border is more secure than it’s ever been is nothing more than political lies.

No, we aren’t more secure. Drug cartels are taking over complete neighborhoods, in OUR cities. People are being murdered, and you sit back, in your ivory tower, and lie, over and over, to the LEGAL citizens.

Enforce the damn laws already on the books. It’s amazing how much safer the nation would be, not to mention the FINANCIAL SAVINGS.

Full text of the Senate legislation

The Senate’s Flawed Immigration Plan
Jim DeMint – The Foundry

Since the birth of our nation, the United States has recognized the vital role of lawful immigration, as it brings important economic and cultural benefits. We have always been, and will continue to be, a nation of immigrants.

We are also a nation of laws. The “Gang of Eight” bill introduced in the U.S. Senate violates the very rule of law principle that creates opportunity for immigrants and makes America a beacon of hope for the world. Giving legal residency to the 11 million people who came here illegally has one definition: amnesty. Amnesty rewards unlawful behavior and diminishes opportunity and prosperity for lawful immigrants and all Americans.

The Senate bill imposes significant costs on taxpayers. At a time of trillion-dollar deficits and $17 trillion in debt, the cost of implementing amnesty and the strain it will add to already fragile entitlement and welfare programs should be of serious concern for everyone.

Illegal Immigrants to March on Washington Demanding Legal Status

Here we go again. On April 10, thousands of illegal immigrants and their lobbyists will gather on the National Mall to support an immigration reform bill that the Senate is expected to introduce this month.

Every time Congress debates immigration, large crowds gather in various major cities nationwide. Through their sheer numbers, they hope to persuade legislators that they deserve to live legally in the United States.

Well, there ya go!  All gathered together, so no need to send out anyone to round ‘em up!  They’ll be right there, ready to load on the buses, and either sent to jail, to await their home countries to buy their plane ticket home, or taken back to the border.

NO!  You do NOT deserve legal status.  You broke into our country, ILLEGALLY, and expect people to pat you on the head?  YOU are a FREAKIN’ CRIMINAL!  PERIOD!  If you break into my house, I shoot you.  Why should you expect any better treatment when you break into OUR home, aka nation?  You’re damn lucky I don’t live on the border.  There might be a lot of coyote bait laying around.

How DARE YOU!!!  You committed a crime!  And expect to be rewarded?  As with ALL criminals, you should get your JUST reward, and PAY for your crime!  You ARE a criminal!  We do NOT owe you DICK!!

“Border Security” A Joke

How secure is the border? DHS stats only measure part of the problem

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano testified to Congress last month that the border “has never been stronger.” What she doesn’t say is that the department no longer measures illegal immigrants who get away — only those it catches.

“For two years, Secretary Napolitano has claimed our southern border is secure without having any metrics in place to make that determination,” Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, told Fox News on Monday. “Such statements demonstrate her lack of leadership and unwillingness to solve the problem.”

The Department of Homeland Security is about the most useless bureaucracy in the federal government.  The homeland is NOT secure!  We are being invaded on a daily basis, and that dumb broad flaps her gums, spouting lies about just how well her department works in keeping us safe.  Pfft!  Between DHS and the DoJ, the criminals are now running the show!

In response, the Department of Homeland Security argues staffing levels are at an all-time high, while Border Patrol apprehensions remain at historic lows, a downward trend it claims “reflect fewer individuals crossing the border.” Apprehensions are down 79 percent since 2000, and 50 percent since 2008.

I’ve no doubt the numbers are down because of the catch and release, or just don’t catch at all! Like I said….totally useless!

But those numbers alone mean little and one congressional aide called them a sticking point in immigration reform negotiations. “It’s like the juggler who tells you he can juggle three balls, but fails to tell you he dropped five. Apprehensions alone are meaningless. It could mean fewer people are crossing or you’re just missing a larger share of those who do cross. We don’t know.”

Apparently, it’s a requirement of anyone working for this administration to play fast and loose with numbers. Math obviously isn’t their strong suit.

Exactly what defines a “secure border” is critical as Republicans and Democrats inch closer to an immigration overhaul. Some lawmakers insist on border security first, as a pre-condition for any form of amnesty or legalization. The problem is, the Department of Homeland Security has no reliable or accepted metric to measure border security. That presents a problem for lawmakers who do not accept the administration’s claim the border is safe and secure.

Janet Napolitano is about the most incompetent person in this administration, and that’s saying something. The majority are incompetent, including the POTUS!

“There are areas of the border that have never been worse and never been more dangerous,” said Arizona rancher Dan Bell. “Every time someone mentions immigration reform we see a spike. We see more people coming through. And that is the case now.”

but yet, the claims that the border is secure keep being spewed!

“The canyons, the valleys, the mountains of Santa Cruz County, that is where the activity is now,” admits Santa Cruz County Sheriff Tony Estrada. “The activity has shifted from urban to rural areas.”

But in his next statement referring to Nogales:

“In my 45 years in law enforcement I have never seen it more secure than it is now,” Estrada said.

Yeah…because there is a major presence of Border Patrol agents, and vehicles. However….

But outside of the city, ranchers and agents tell a different story. Smugglers are mobile. Their routes are fluid and change every hour, relative to border patrol units, cameras and towers.

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to increase the number of agents in the rural areas? And how about that fence? Add to it a few gun turrets…every 20 yards or so! The Constitution states quite plainly that it is the job of the federal government to keep the citizens safe. Wouldn’t it be nice if they had been doing their job? How many citizens would still be alive if they had?

Does It Mean I Can Break The Law, Too?

30 January 2013, 9:32 am. 3 Comments. Filed under Crime, Illegals.

We once were a nation of laws. Now? We’re nothing more than a nation left by the wayside on the whims of petty little men, and women, and their petty little minds, and their petty power grabs.

What is being put forth as “immigration reform” is nothing more than a political ploy, meant to increase a certain voter base. Even though, many of those who come here illegally are from Mexico, and central America, there are others who have managed to sneak in, quite easily, by way of our porous border to the south will ill intend for our nation and her citizens. No one seems to care!

I’m all for LEGAL immigration. We are a nation built of, and by, immigrants, and am proud of such heritage. But I am an American. I could hyphenate, like so many others do, but to what point? To separate me from my fellow citizens? Don’t we have enough separation as is, further promoted by this administration, AND Congress?

I’ve actually heard that we NEED these people who break the law and sneak into our country. Really? Why? To be a massive drain on what few resources we have left that SHOULD be spend on LEGAL residents and citizens? Where is the logic in that? They do the work Americans won’t do? Well, that fantasy was been put to rest by actual facts and statistics.

If such an “immigration reform bill” passes, it will do nothing more than open the flood gates, just as the similar type action did when Ronald Reagan was president. Then, we only had 3 million to contend with. Now? Well, they say the number is 11 million. It is probably a great deal higher. And if they know there are a certain number, then why is it that they haven’t been able to find them, and return them to their point of origin?

If our own government will not enforce the laws, already in place, meant to keep the citizens of this nation safe, then why the hell should I follow the law meant to keep other drivers safe by doing the posted speed limit. One is not the same as the other? Really? They are both laws that are on the books. If they don’t have to follow the law, then neither do I!

Heritage Statement on Immigration
The Foundry

The Heritage Foundation has released the following statement:

America’s heritage of immigration has fueled our nation’s strength and diversity, yet our immigration system has become so politicized and dysfunctional that it causes untold personal tragedies, strains the fiscal capacity of public services in many states, and prevents many from pursuing the American Dream. Complex, comprehensive legislation based on back-room deals never works, and the Senate immigration proposal announced this week and echoed yesterday by President Obama—to the extent that it repeats the mistakes of the past—will further polarize Americans, fail to solve the real policy problems, and make matters worse.

2 US border agents shot, 1 killed, near major drug corridor in Arizona

Two U.S. Border Patrol agents were shot, one fatally, Tuesday morning in an area in south Arizona known as a major drug-smuggling corridor, authorities said.

The identities of the agents were not immediately released, but the shooting occurred at the Brian Terry Station near Naco, Ariz., which is just south of Tucson. The station was named after an agent who was killed in the line of duty in December 2010. The area is considered a remote part of the state and sources tell Fox News that the shooting occurred at 1:50 a.m. local time and about 8 miles from the border.

The agents who were shot were on patrol with a third agent, who was not harmed, according to George McCubbin, president of the National Border Patrol Council, a union representing about 17,000 border patrol agents. The agents were on horseback at the time of the shooting.

It is time for the government to do their REAL job, and keep this country safe from the wild animals.  It’s also way past time for them to take responsibility for the deaths of all Americans killed by the hands of the criminals they have allowed free reign.  If it take putting moats and land mines in their KNOWN paths of entry, then that’s what needs to be done!  Gun turrets would come in real handy as well.  And shoot to kill!  Enough with the pandering to a foreign government and it’s criminals!

My prayers go out to the families of those killed and injured.  My heart breaks because the bunch in D.C. don’t take the American lives lost seriously.  And I’m angry that they refuse, or are incapable of keeping us safe.  The Border Patrol puts their lives on the line each time they go out, with no appreciation from their ‘boss’.

Criminals

8 August 2012, 7:28 am. Comments Off. Filed under Borders, Crime, Dhimmicrats, Illegals, video.

People who break into your home, are released on a regular basis. The REAL criminals are in D.C., at the very top of the food chain.

First, we start by throwing out those in power…charge them with a variety of crimes, which they HAVE committed. Then, we start rounding up all those who have made it a habit of breaking our laws by crossing the borders, breaking into our home, bringing in terrorists, etc. We shoot the child rapists, and clear out the drug smugglers from the prisons, give them an overdose of the poison they peddle, ship the rest back across the border, and shoot anyone who attempts to come back, without our permission!

Harsh? Yeah…maybe…but at this point, I don’t give a damn! If the government, who is charged by the Constitution of the United States to keep the homeland secure won’t do their job, then they need to be fired, charged with criminal neglect, and a new administration put into place that WILL uphold the laws of the land!

While most of the days festivities apparently were rather peaceful, according to the majority of the lame stream, there were, naturally….incidents.

Calling an illegal invading alien an ILLEGAL invading alien. They are not immigrants. An immigrant is someone who goes to a different country….LEGALLY! They follow the legal process. Those who do not, are ILLEGAL! It doesn’t matter where they come from, they are breaking the law. They are ILLEGAL! They are CRIMINALS! There is nothing ‘racist’ in calling a law breaker, illegal. Why do these Hispanics think it’s ALL about them? Yeah…maybe they are the majority who cross our borders ILLEGALLY, which means they are breaking the law, which means they are criminals. Why are LEGAL immigrants from south of the border fighting so hard to change reality? Are they really that ignorant? These left wing loons are aiding and abetting criminals, and should be charged accordingly. And, FYI….Hispanic is not a race, anymore than those from the Middle East are a race. Don’t they teach ANYTHING in school anymore? Or is all just the Communist Manifesto, An Inconvenient Truth, or as it should be accurately called, Inconvenient Lies, or some such other equally destructive work?

In case this….female…and her left wing loon cohorts are unacquainted with an English dictionary, I’ll give them a little assistance:

Mirriam Webster
adjective – not according to or authorized by law, unlawful, illicit; also not sanctioned by official rules

Bing Dictionary
adjective – against law: contravening a specific law, especially a criminal law; against rules: not allowed by the rules of something (such as a game); not permitted by computer: not permitted in a computer program

Dictionary.com
adjective – forbidden by law or statute; contrary to or forbidden by official rules, regulations, etc.

The Free Dictionary (Collins English Dictionary)
adjective – forbidden by law; unlawful; illicit; unauthorized or prohibited by a code of official or accepted rules
noun – a person who has entered or attempted to enter a country illegally

Did you know the Spanish word for illegal is….drum roll please…..ilegal?  And the Arabic?    Just thought I’d toss that in.

Well, I’m sure you get the picture.

Don’t you people have something better to do?  I dunno…like maybe YOUR JOB?

Isn’t the purpose of DHS to keep the homeland safe?  Well, y’all are failing miserably.  The border is NOT safer and we have criminals sneaking in on a regular basis.  So, instead of snooping conservative bloggers, how ’bout y’all get up off your collective hind ends, and get the damn criminals OUT of the country, and stop the terrorists from invading!  They really DO want to kill us y’know, and I’d be mighty grateful if y’all could put a stop to their entering through both the northern and southern borders! I have a great grandson on the way, and I’d really like to know he will be entering a safer nation.  Of course, I know that isn’t going to happen.  Why?  Because y’all can’t be bothered to protect our borders.  sigh….

Oh, and I’m quite aware y’all pop by at least once a month.  Nothing has changed on this end.  Any changes on your’s?  Naw…didn’t think so.  I sure will be glad when we finally get a REAL DHS after 1/20/13!
