‘Code Red’ sounds in Eilat, two Grads fired at city
At least two Grad rockets fired from the Sinai area hit Israel’s southernmost city of Eilat on Wednesday morning, causing no injuries but some damage.
An Islamist militant group in the Sinai Peninsula Magles Shoura al-Mujahadin claimed responsibility for the attack on its website on Wednesday saying it targeted Eilat with two Grad missiles and then withdrew safely.
Was this in ‘celebration’ of that so called Arab Spring? I kind of doubt they’d be celebrating the re-establishment of Israel. 
Two rockets also landed in the neighboring Jordanian resort city of Aqaba, Israel Radio reported, although later quoted Jordanian authorities as saying that no rockets had fallen in the city.
I’m more inclined to believe the Israelis. It’s a well known fact that the muzzies aim sucks….thankfully!
In Sinai, Egyptian security forces began a search of the border area to investigate the Israeli claims.
“There is not yet any evidence indicating that these rockets were fired from Egypt,” an Egyptian security source said.
Right….cuz the Islamonazis IN Egypt that claimed responsibility, crossed the border to fire ‘em from the aquarium.

Abbas Wants Netanyahu to Present a Map of ‘Palestine’
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has demanded that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu present a map for a future Palestinian state before any peace talks can resume, an aide told AFP on Friday.
Abbas “wants to know, through a map to be presented by Benjamin Netanyahu to (U.S. Secretary of State John) Kerry, what the prime minister’s view of a two-state solution would be, especially the borders,” political adviser Nimr Hammad told AFP.
The remarks came just days ahead of a visit by Kerry, who will hold fortnightly meetings with Israeli and PA leaders as he tries to revive the stalled peace process.
“Any return to negotiations requires Netanyahu to agree on 1967 borders,” Hammad said, repeating one of Abbas’s usual preconditions for talks with Israel.
How do you make a map of a ‘country’ that has never existed? You can’t. This is Israel:

Gaza militants fire rockets at Israel day after defense minister warning
Gaza militants fired rockets at Israel early Thursday, defying the Israeli military’s warning that it will not tolerate renewed attacks on the country’s south. In the West Bank, authorities discovered the body of a second Palestinian protester killed in clashes a day earlier.
The events are likely to further raise tensions in the region, already heightened this week by the death of a Palestinian prisoner from cancer in an Israeli jail and renewed cross-border fighting.
Several rockets were fired from Gaza early on Thursday but only one exploded in Israel, causing no injuries, the military said. It said the other projectiles exploded prematurely inside Gaza.
The militants from the coastal territory have fired several rockets at Israel since November, when an informal truce took hold after eight days of fighting triggered by almost daily Palestinian rocket attacks.
Just a personal opinion, but I really think it’s time for Israel to stop being so patient with these animals! Perhaps they should clear out the area, and reclaim the land that God gave them. The majority of these so called Palestinians are Jordanian, Syrian, Lebanese, Egyptian, etc. There is NO SUCH THING AS a Palestinian!
I find it extremely disgusting that the one who ALWAYS starts the trouble, gets their knickers in a VIOLENT twist, and react to the reaction, with VIOLENCE! And who do the media blame? Why, the ones who trying to defend themselves from the crazies. NO logic!

Israeli Holocaust memorial displays recovered personal items for international remembrance day
When Stella Knobel’s family fled World War II Poland in 1939, the only thing the 7-year-old girl could take with her was her teddy bear. For the next six years, the stuffed animal never left her side as the family wondered through the Soviet Union, to Iran and finally the Holy Land.
“He was like family. He was all I had. He knew all my secrets,” the 80-year-old said with a smile. “I saved him all these years. But I worried what would happen to him when I died.”
So when she heard about a project launched by Yad Vashem, Israel’s national Holocaust memorial and museum, to collect artifacts from aging survivors, she reluctantly handed over her beloved bear Misiu, Polish for “teddy bear,” so the memories of the era could be preserved.
“We’ve been through a lot together, so it was hard to let him go,” said Knobel, who was widowed 12 years ago and has no children. “But here he has found a haven.”
The miracle of those lives that were saved lives on through their own keepsakes.
On Sunday, Knobel’s tattered teddy bear was on display at Yad Vashem, one of more than 71,000 items collected nationwide over the past two years. With a missing eye, his stuffing bursting out and a red ribbon around his neck, Misiu was seated behind a glass window as part of the memorial’s “Gathering the Fragments” exhibit.
If you ever have the chance to go to Israel, Yad Vashem is a MUST.
If you can’t, the Holocaust Museum in D.C. is a second best in documenting the horrors of the slaughter brought about by a government of evil tyrants.

Netanyahu to Obama: Only Israel Knows Its Own Best Interests
Only the people of Israel can decide who will represent their best interests, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday in remarks directed at President Barack Obama a week prior to the general election.
“I think everyone knows that the citizens of Israel are the only ones who can decide who will faithfully represent the vital interests of the state,” he said.
His remarks came in response to an article by prominent Bloomberg columnist Jeffrey Goldberg in which he quoted Obama as repeatedly saying that, “Israel doesn’t know what its own best interests are.”
Obama, he wrote, appeared to see Netanyahu as a “political coward” who is completely “captive to the settler lobby,” and whose ongoing “settlement” activity was moving Israel “down a path toward near total isolation.”
I honestly don’t understand people who believe they have the right to tell a sovereign nation what they can, and cannot do, with THEIR land. Here we have a country who has fought constantly for their right to just exist, and then we have some elitist snobs in another country telling them they are being unreasonable for not sucking up to those who have been trying to destroy them. Excuse me?

It’s rather amusing, in a very sick sort of way that the POTUS, who has proved repeatedly HE doesn’t know what is in the best interest of the U.S.A, has the audacity to tell another country’s leader that HE doesn’t know what is best for HIS country. Let’s face it! Obama is not a strong supporter of Israel, and I’ve no doubt, if push came to shove, he’d throw them under the bus in a Chicago minute! I hope the people of Israel know, just because 51% of Americans were too stupid to see the hand writing on the wall, and put that fool back in the White House, that doesn’t mean a larger majority of Americans stand WITH Israel!

When it comes to Israel, this current administration, the U.N. and a variety of European countries, I get royally PISSED OFF. Don’t know if you’ve ever noticed that or not. 
You see, I have read the Bible, I know what God says about Israel, and as a Christian, which is basically an off shoot of Judaism (we claim the Messiah is coming back, they claim He hasn’t come yet, but will), I take God as His Word. So, when this, or any other country gets all high and mighty, trying to tell Israel what they can, and cannot do, whether it is to defend themselves from a whole bunch of insane muslims, or building homes, businesses, etc., on THEIR LAND, I tend to get a wee bit ticked! The Lord flat out said NOT to ever divide, or sell, the land He gave them….to anyone, unless it was to a fellow Israelite. Don’t believe me? LOOK IT UP!
Yesterday, I posted about just that… foreign countries telling Israel she can’t build in a certain area of THEIR land. Steven, whose has had his own post prior from a comment, left a great comment on that post. I am going to share it, with a few technical adjustments, in full, just in case you missed it.

Israel doesn’t need anyone’s permission to build on its’ own land. The idea behind it is that since a “final peace settlement” has not been reached, then this is provocative. Why is it provocative? It assumes that Israel, and ONLY Israel must give up yet more land for “peace”.
Quite a few things are in play here that few in the world truly get. I don’t say that to be like “Oh, listen to me, and let my wisdom vomit forth because I am so knowledgeable / wise” but because as I have talked to so many in this country, and quite a few from various other countries, and I realize the history of that region is lost.
This post will be long, but hopefully helpful.
Q: Why can’t the Arabs and especially the Arab Muslims and the Israelis just make peace?
A: Because this has NOTHING to do with Israel being established in the modern sense. It all goes back to Isaac and Ishmael. I can prove it. The Arabs have been dealing with a massive inferiority complex ever since Hagar and Ishmael were forced out of Abraham’s camp by Sarah. How do I know? Because even (approx) 2500 years later, when Mohammed was giving the Ishmaelites (the Arabs) the Koran it re-wrote who the First Born son of Abraham was. 2500 freaking years later they were still having issues over who daddy loved more.

Israel accuses US of backing European settlement backlash
Five European countries, including Britain, have registered formal protests with Israeli ambassadors over last week’s decision by Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to build 3,000 settlers’ homes and develop an area of the West Bank that could render a Palestinian state unviable.
Along with Australia and Brazil, they were joined by Egypt, threatening to destabilise its fragile regional relations.
The Egyptian foreign minister said it had registered a “strong protest” with Israel’s Cairo ambassador over the proposals.
Despite the mounting international protest however, Mr Netanyahu’s office indicated there would be no backing down over its settlement plans.
An official in Mr Netanyahu’s office told the AFP news agency: “There will be no change in the decision that has been made.”
You’ll excuse me if I find the idea of any country…ANYONE…. telling another country where they can, and cannot, build! In there OWN COUNTRY! Just imagine if another country, let’s say Russia, told us we couldn’t build any new houses in the suburbs of Chicago. What do you think the reaction would be? Yeah…there’d be a WHOLE lot of bird flipping, accompanied by numerous four lettered words, explaining to Russia…it ain’t NONE of your business where we build what!
So, what on earth makes the E.U., or the U.S., think they have the right to tell Israel where she can build anything? Who gave them that right? No one I know of. As a matter of fact, there are very strong Words that instruct the opposite! There will be NO dividing of Israel, and Jerusalem is her capital. It’s quite simple actually!

‘Son of Hamas’ Says Israel Made a Mistake with Ceasefire
Mosab Hassan Yousef, the son of one of the founders of the Hamas terrorist organization and author of the book “Son of Hamas,” said on Friday that Israel made a mistake by agreeing to a ceasefire with Gaza’s terrorist rulers.
As much as I’d love to see peace in the Middle East, I know it’s not going to happen. How do I know? Because I take God at His Word, that’s how!

Israeli Embassy in Denmark Attacked, Vandalized
Anti-Israel demonstrators gathered outside of the Israeli embassy in Denmark, throwing fireworks and spraying the embassy walls with graffiti.
Some 20 protesters assembled outside the embassy in Hellerup Sunday evening and spray-painted the words “Child killers” on the white walls that surround the Israeli diplomatic mission.
“There were between 20 and 30 people that congregated by the embassy sporting a Palestinian flag,” Henrik Olsen, police spokesperson for Copenhagen Police, told Jyllands-Posten newspaper.
“They have thrown Roman candles and maybe some rocks as well. They’ve definitely thrown something,” he said. “And they’ve also graffiti-sprayed the embassy walls.”

Terrorists detonated an explosive device on a public bus on Tel Aviv’s Shaul Hamelech Street around noon Wednesday. A total of 23 people were injured the attack.
One person was severely injured, one moderately and one light to moderately, according to a spokesperson from the city’s Sourasky Medical Center. The remainder of the casualties were lightly injured or suffering shock.
Of the 23 victims brought to the hospital, the two most seriously wounded are teenagers, head of emergency medicine Prof. Halperin said, although he noted that none of them had life-threatening injuries.
I’m grateful no one was killed, this time, and pray for a speedy recovery of those injured. Now see? You morons are celebrating such acts, while condemning self defense. Where is the logic? There is none. You rejoice at the murder of innocent children, but grieve when a murderous piece of human excrement is sent to the pit of hell.

The second item on the timeline…well, I just snorted and chuckled. Not because I find it all that funny, but at the absurdity!
7:50 PM Prime Minister Netanyahu, Foreign Minister Liberman and Defense Minister Barak discussing terms of the cease-fire with Hamas at 9 PM tonight.
The main points are:
1) a 15 year Hudna (in case ya didn’t know….truce, calm OB)
2) Hamas will not smuggle or import any weapons
3) Hamas will not attack Israel, or Israeli soldiers along the border
4) Israel reserves the right to attack Gaza if there is an imminent threat
5) President Morsi will be personally responsible, and sign as 3rd party guarantor.
Seriously? SERIOUSLY? Like those animals would honor any ONE of the things on this list? THEY started it, and they wanna play all nice, and push Israel into signing a truce? I KNOW Bibi has GOT to be smarter than that! Morsi is freakin’ Muslim Brotherhood! Hamas a a MB wing!

There Will Be No Peace
It has become increasingly apparent that our so called public officials, and a great many around the world, have no clue when it comes to Israel. Even the concept of a “2 state solution” is guaranteed for failure. We stood by Israel for so many years, and then along comes that peanut farmer, and we basically turned our backs on her, and on God’s will.
Ya see, if any of our so called leaders, from Carter right through to Obama, ever bothered to read up on Israel, and her conception a few thousand years ago, they’d know that dividing up the land that God gave them was a REAL bad idea. Even the Israeli officials should know this, yet they did it anyway, and now have rockets being lobbed at their citizens on a regular basis.

If you’ve looked on a modern day map, you might notice that Israel is a whole lot different from the one that God gave them. Not a good thing! He also told them not to divide up the land, except within themselves, a portion for each tribe (Ezekiel 47), and not to make any covenants, also known as treaties, with her ‘neighbors’. No selling and no exchanging! Meaning no “land for peace” nonsense! It’s really quite simple! Even if the Israelis continued to give up bits and pieces of their homeland, there wouldn’t be any peace from the encroachers.
If you’ve actually read the accounts, Israel pissed off God, and got sent into captivity in Babylon. They came back. They pissed Him off again, big time, and got scattered all over the place. He promised He’d bring them back, and He did. The problem was, whoever came up with the boundaries, didn’t do their homework. Over time, Israel was able to gain back some of the land that was left out, but unfortunately, someone listened to some other fool who didn’t do their homework, and turned a couple of rather large chunks over to her enemies. Where’s the logic in that? So, they’ve pissed off God again, and so have we, but even considering such treaties between the Israelis and those who surround her, and wish her demise.
Now, I’ll be perfectly honest. There is no logic whatsoever to the actions of the Muslim countries. The directives for slaughter did NOT come from God. Nope! The Jews wouldn’t bow to a murderous pedophile, so he got pissed off, and all that ‘kill them where you find them’ came from a very IMPERFECT human being.
Yes, I’d love to see peace in this ol’ world, but that just is never going to happen. Well, at least not until the very end, and then a very large sword will be coming through, and whacking all the sons of evil, including those who were stupid enough NOT to ‘bless’ Israel.
The Escalating Conflict Between Hamas and Israel

Over the last four days, militants in Gaza have fired more than 840 rockets at Israel. Hamas rockets have reached the outskirts of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv for the first time, thanks to the smuggling of Iranian rockets into Gaza. The increasing range and sophistication of Palestinian rockets has expanded the reach of terrorists, who now can threaten up to half of Israel’s population.
Israel has intercepted 302 of those rockets with its Iron Dome missile defense system, according to the Israel Defense Forces. Iron Dome, on which the U.S. has collaborated, has proven its worth and underscored the importance of missile defense in future U.S. military budgets.

Two rockets land outside Jerusalem following 2 fired at TA
Two rockets landed outside of Jerusalem Friday evening as sirens rang out, causing no injuries or damage. Police reported that there was “no indication” that rockets landed in the city, stating that “most likely, the rockets landed in an open area outside of Jerusalem.”
Hamas took credit for the attack, claiming to have shot “an improved Kassam,” which it called an M-75, towards Jerusalem. The launch represents the first Hamas rocket attack aimed at Jerusalem.
The Mr and I have decided, if Hamas wanted to target Jerusalem, we have the PERFECT target for them!
It wouldn’t be the Israelis that destroyed it, even though they’d get the blame, but hey….aren’t they already getting the blame for this whole disaster already, even though it was HAMAS in Gaza that started it.
Don’t ya wonder just where they got the long range missiles? Cuz ya know, they haven’t had them previously, and the best they could do was pound the southern most part of Israel, on a regular basis. Let’s see…would it Egypt who is supplying said rockets, who new president is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, parent company of Hamas? Or, perhaps Iran, who we know has been testing missiles for a long range attack for quite some time.

Duck and Cover
I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who remembers the alarms going off back when: one alarm to get under our desks, one alarm to get into the hallways, line up against the walls, and “duck and cover”. 1st through 6th graders, lined up against the walls, heads to butts, with their hand over their heads. Looked kind of like a ‘conga line’ of leap frog.
We were living in Virginia at the time, the Hampton Roads area. Do you have any idea how many military bases and facilities are in that area? Not to mention a HUGE shipyard! We finally figured out, the Russians wouldn’t hit D.C. They would hit US, pretty much crippling the military might of the east coast. Tell me that isn’t something that would scare the bejabbers out of any kid!
We had a Democrat president then too, but the difference between the him and the current occupant of the White House is daylight and dark! Not only was he a leader, he was actually a strong leader. (He also believed in cutting taxes and the economy grew!) No, he wasn’t perfect either…with all the flaws of a human being, but he also didn’t bow to the Russians!
We are now saddled with a man/child who is enjoying the perks of the job, but won’t actually DO the job. It’s not that complicated actually. You protect the people of the United States, not by bowing to her enemies, but by demanding the respect, and fear of tyrannical regimes! In a time when our greatest threat comes from a political cult, passing itself off as a “peaceful religion”, our supposed POTUS is playing footsie with them, and putting our nation in grave danger!
If countries like Iran are allowed to produce nuclear weapons, it won’t be Israel they hit first. It will be the U.S.A. Since we are basically the only country who has sworn to protect her, what better way to deny them protection than crippling her protector. Not that I believe Obama would honor that promise, but I’ve no doubt that the Iranians will hit us….just in case.
Unfortunately, the so called “Commander in Chief” doesn’t think like an true American, and has learned nothing from history. He is ignoring God’s commands, there by dooming the United States.
Nuclear War Averted, 50 Years Ago This Week

Fifty years ago, the world came to the brink of nuclear war.
On October 14, 1962, U.S. policymakers learned that the Soviet Union was building missile bases in Cuba, which would have allowed Moscow to attack anywhere in the continental United States within minutes. An international crisis followed, and while the crisis did not end in a nuclear exchange, it is important that U.S. policymakers never forget lessons the crisis taught us.
The most important one is that it is very difficult to manage allies once they are nuclear-armed.
Nuclear-armed allies are one thing; nuclear-armed enemies are another. As Iran builds its nuclear capability, the lessons of the Cuban Missile Crisis resonate in a fresh way.
Today, The Heritage Foundation looks back at that crisis of 50 years ago with a blog series on its lessons for missile defense, presidential leadership, crisis management, and avoiding escalation.
