A conservative FB friend, Scott, shared a comment left on his wall by an obviously mentally ill liberal:

We, as a country, are not going to tolerate Republican immorality much longer. Ok, let’s pick apart this genius’ assertions, shall we?

Well, of course conservatives push the liberals buttons. It’s called logic and truth. Sadly, the majority are incapable of dealing with either.

Excuse me, but who is the ‘troll’ here? The comment was left on the conservative’s wall, not the other way around. Trolling has become an art form to the left. Some of the most ridiculous comments left on almost every conservative site have been left by self proclaimed liberal/progressives. Was that ‘your days are numbered‘ a threat? Hmmm….

Now, I don’t know about you, but it appears to me that this sad, mentally ill being hasn’t got a clue. That definition pretty sums up the ‘progressives’, don’t you think?
Disarm? As in violate our Constitutional rights? Isn’t that what Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Pol Pot, etc., did to their citizens? How many millions ended up dead because they were no longer able to defend themselves from people with this ‘liberal’ mindset? If you add up all the totalitarian regimes, the number will be well over a billion. That’s 1,000,000,000. BILLION…with a B.
Apparently, he also believes we need to be re-educated. Well, let’s take a look at such ‘education’. A bit of history is needed here. The term came from the North Vietnamese originally, where “the government imprisoned several hundred thousand former military officers and government workers from the former regime of South Vietnam“. The idea wasn’t to actually educate anyone. It was quite an effective tool for “revenge and a sophisticated technique of repression and indoctrination, which developed for several years in the North and was extended to the South following the 1975 North Vietnam takeover.” And this is what our mentally ill ‘friend’ wants for his fellow Americans?
Now, shall we talk about civility? I don’t even know where to start! I guess it’s true that a picture is worth a thousand words, so how about we do a bit of comparison, shall we? The pictures on the left are what this…person…considers civil, and those on the right are uncivil.

The Face Of A Terrorist?
The TSA sure seems to think so!
Of all the many complaints about airport security and the TSA, one of the most common is that they make little distinction between plausible security threats and passengers unlikely to be doing anything wrong.
And a recent incident in Wichita, Kansas has reinforced that argument, as a four-year-old girl was apparently subjected to a humiliating ordeal after she hugged her grandmother while she was waiting in line.
The girl was accused of having a gun and declared a ‘high security threat’, while agents threatened to shut down the whole airport if she could not be calmed down.
When asked about the overbearing treatment the girl received, a TSA spokesman did not apologise and insisted that correct procedures had been followed.
Haven’t we let this utter………………..BULLSHIT to go on long enough? This has gone far beyond bad jokes. Our government is ALLOWING one of ITS agencies to terrorize old women, children, the infirm, and people just trying to get from point A to point B with as little hassle as possible.
It wasn’t bad enough that airlines no longer give actual service to their customers, who PAY for the privilege of having rude ticket agents abuse them, be crammed into tiny seats with no leg room like cattle, and have their property stolen. No…that wasn’t enough. Now we are subjected to humiliation, a total violation of our 4th Amendment rights, and small children are traumatized.
Instead of watching for those who WOULD do harm, because their so called ‘religion’ tells them to, this government agency runs roughshod over innocent American citizens!
I would like to know when Congress is going to put a stop to this. NOW would be a real good time. It should NEVER have gone this far! We have been stripped of our liberties, one at a time, slowly over the years, and no one seems to notice. The frog was put into the cold water. Now, apparently, that’s just not fast enough for OUR employees. No..they’ve turned the burner up, and the water is on the verge of boiling. It’s time for us frogs to jump!
Screw the politically correct. Shove that multiculturalism where the sun don’t shine, and take your diversity and choke on it! I don’t give a flying flip if I offend anyone or not! Man didn’t give me the right to be ‘secure in my person‘, God did. It’s man, in the form of far over reaching government, who has violated nearly every aspect of ‘Divine Law‘.

With a handful of words, the Founders set forth a simple principle that protects a central liberty enjoyed by all in this Republic — the freedom of speech, as recognized in the First Amendment. Yet after more than 200 years of history, liberals in Congress — including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) — aim to set that freedom on its head so they can further their efforts to silence their political opponents.
The proposal, which is known as the “People’s Rights Amendment,” would amend the Constitution and hold that constitutional rights are only for “natural persons,” meaning that corporations and legal entities would no longer enjoy the freedoms the Constitution guarantees. That would apply not just to companies like General Electric, but also to newspapers, churches, nonprofits, businesses, labor unions and book publishers alike. Individuals acting collectively — whatever their purpose — would wave the freedom of speech goodbye.
“MY Government”??????
One Saturday last fall, President Obama interrupted a White House strategy meeting to raise an issue not on the agenda. He declared, aides recalled, that the administration needed to more aggressively use executive power to govern in the face of Congressional obstructionism.
Obviously, someone else is going to have to pull this dude’s head out of his hinder, since he seems incapable of doing so himself. You see? This is why you do NOT elect a person who was not raised in the U.S. for ANY office. None. Zip. Zero. Since he evidently was never really taught what the Constitution actually says, he isn’t able to discern there is a ‘separation of powers’. No, he was not a Constitutional law professor. He did some lecturing, and honestly, I feel sorry for anyone who sat through his classes, which, by the way, were actually forced on the school, AFTER he was turned down for a job as adjunct. Shoot, he’s not even a flippin’ lawyer! He’s a liar!
Each time, Mr. Obama has emphasized the fact that he is bypassing lawmakers. When he announced a cut in refinancing fees for federally insured mortgages last month, for example, he said: “If Congress refuses to act, I’ve said that I’ll continue to do everything in my power to act without them.”
Obama has gone WAY beyond Teddy Roosevelt’s “strong president” view of ‘presidents may do anything not specifically prohibited by the Constitution.’ He’s totally ignored the Constitution, and played dictator with OUR lives. And isn’t it amazing that since the Republicans took over the House in 2011 (Jan), they’ve done absolutely NOTHING to stop this guy? Just sayin’. They should have started impeachment proceedings from day one, but alas….there is no spine in Congress, so we’ll have to 1) make sure he is NOT ‘re-elected’ (which I have doubts about the validity the first time around) or 2) we have such a CONSERVATIVE majority in both houses, that he can not even wipe his hind end without permission from WE, The People, and THEN start impeachment proceedings.
Either way, this guy MUST GO!

What if the government rejects the Constitution?

What if the government never took the Constitution seriously? What if the same generation — in some cases the same human beings — that wrote in the First Amendment, “Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech,” also enacted the Alien and Sedition Acts, which made it a crime to criticize the government? What if the feds don’t regard the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land?
What if the government regards the Constitution as merely a guideline to be referred to from time to time, or a myth to be foisted upon the voters, but not as a historic delegation of power that lawfully limits the federal government? What if Congress knows that most of what it regulates puts it outside the confines of the Constitution, but it does whatever it can get away with? What if the feds don’t think that the Constitution was written to keep them off the people’s backs?
Uphold, NOT Interpret
I’m not seeing much on whether or not Kagan is going to recluse herself. IF she was honest, and actually gave a flip about the People…that would be us…you and I….she would do the honorable thing. However, since she’s an Obama appointee, honor is not even an issue.
Obamacare Comes before the Supreme Court

Rare is the occasion when the nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court gather to hear three days of arguments, and rarer still is when it is for a case like Obamacare — one that cuts to the core of the Constitution and whose outcome could fundamentally alter the role of the federal government and its power over the people. But today the Court will do just that when it open its doors and begins weighing the arguments on the constitutionality of President Barack Obama’s seminal health care law.
Were the American people to vote on the issue, they would fall decidedly against Obamacare, as recent polls have shown. But for the Court, the decision is not as cut and dried as an up or down vote, but one that involves the interplay of a series of issues raised by those who are challenging Obamacare — more than half the States of the Union and a collection of interested organizations and private parties — and those brought by the Obama Administration, which is defending the law. And they come to the Supreme Court after conflicting appellate court rulings which have left undecided the question of whether Obamacare is permissible under the Constitution.

Pelosi: Healthcare law guarantees ‘life, liberty, pursuit of happiness’
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Wednesday evening that the 2010 healthcare law, which prompted complaints from conservatives that Democrats far exceeded their constitutional authority, actually helps people meet the goal outlined in the Declaration of Independence, which promotes mankind’s rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
Speaking on the House floor, Pelosi called on her colleagues to remember “what our founders put forth in our founding documents, which is life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And that is exactly what the Affordable Care Act helps to guarantee.”
Pelosi explained that the law gives people the flexibility they need to pursue these goals, since it makes it easier for them to switch jobs in order to pursue their career or family goals.
Seriously, the woman needs to lay off the botox. It’s turned what little brain she had into plastic mush! You seriously need to actually read those documents….on a regular basis…because evidently, you have NO clue what’s in them. Rights come from God and responsibilities belong to the people for their own choices and lives, NOT the government.
What “gives people the flexibility” to pursue their goals is a government that doesn’t intrude on every aspect of their lives! A government that actually does what it was created to do, and back the hell off from everything else! That includes our health care! It’s none of their flippin’ business. People can’t pursue their personal goals anymore because they can’t afford them. Why? Because of the Nancy Pelosis of the world have made sure they can’t by sucking the life out of their dreams.
And, by the way, ya dumb broad…there are NO guarantees….for anything! *shakes head* And people keep voting for that lunatic? Says a LOT of San Fransisco, doesn’t it! Can we kick them out?
Totalitarianism
Totalitarianism (or totalitarian rule) is a political system where the state recognizes no limits to its authority and strives to regulate every aspect of public and private life wherever feasible.
The Justice Department will defend against any legal challenge to the new Obama administration mandate to force employers to provide abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization and contraception, even if it goes against their conscience, Attorney General Eric Holder told a House subcommittee Tuesday.
The Department of Health and Human Services rule, part of Obamacare, violates the freedom of conscience for Catholics and other religious groups that expressed their objections to the mandate, opponents say. Already there is litigation asserting that the rule violates the First Amendment’s guarantee to free exercise of religion.
And may the REAL Force be with them! Isn’t it odd that Holder refused to prosecute what was clearly voter intimidation, but can’t be concerned that his boss’ plan murders children, and forces those who find such a practice abhorrent to pay for it? This is NOT about ‘women’s health’.
“I think I would respectfully disagree in the sense that I don’t think the rule that HHS promulgated was one that ran counter to the religious prohibitions that are contained in the First Amendment,” Holder said.
“That’s especially true looking at the compromise the president and Secretary [Kathleen] Sebelius put in place,” Holder told the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies.
Wouldn’t you think that a lawyer would understand the U.S. Constitution better? You see, that document was written FOR the people, limiting what government can, and cannot do! The government cannot force a religion on the people, and they cannot force religions to go against their faith. Forcing religious organizations to violate their faith is violating their 1st Amendment RIGHT! The RIGHT that is God given. Forcing people to commit a sin? No…they do NOT have that power, as stated BY, not just the Constitution, but in a Book that was written long before they were a “gleam”, with the inspiration of the Hand of God. HE trumps Obama, Sebelius, Holder, and the other tools of evil.
President Barack Obama announced a change to the original rule that would have technically allowed religious institutions such as Catholic hospitals or schools to get an exemption from paying for these drugs, but instead require insurance to provide it for “free.” That so-called compromise would still require religious institutions to pay for insurance that provides the “free” services.
They really do think we’re all stupid. Apparently, it totally confounds them when they find out we are not! There is no such thing as “free”!
Law Suit For Freedom
7 states sue to block contraception mandate
Seven states filed a lawsuit Thursday to block the federal government’s requirement that religious organizations offer health insurance coverage that includes free access to contraception for women.
The attorney generals of Texas, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma and South Carolina jointly filed the lawsuit in a Nebraska US District Court.
Two private citizens, two religious non-profit organizations and a Catholic school also joined the lawsuit against the contraception mandate, which is part of President Barack Obama’s sweeping health care law.
The lawsuit asks a federal judge to declare the law unconstitutional and enjoin the government from enforcing the requirement.
I’d really like to know why Tennessee isn’t part of this lawsuit. Come to think of it, I’d like to know why ALL states aren’t part of it! It is a clear violation of the 1st Amendment. Ok, maybe I can understand why states like California, or New York, for instance, aren’t part of it, but the states run by rational people?
It was the intent of the Founders to keep government OUT of our religious organizations, not the other way around. Mandating an religious organization to do something that is abhorrent to their faith is unconscionable. Perhaps if there were more faithful people in the government, this would never have happened. But we can see that there are way too many who have turned away from our founding, and feel themselves above God’s law.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
He has not upheld the Constitution. He has not preserved or protected anything. He has usurped power that does not belong to the executive branch of our form of government (Republic). Congress stomps their feet, but does absolutely nothing to stop him. After three years, one of which the Republicans controlled the House, why has no one brought impeachment proceedings against the fascist? Why hasn’t he been arrested and charged with treason? I can tell you why… We have a bunch of cowards in Congress who, while whining about the blatant violations of the current POTUS, don’t have the cajones to actually stop him from ripping our Constitution to shreds.
1. Grant reprieves and pardons (except in impeachment cases)
2. Appoint Ambassadors (again with the consent of senate)
3. Appoints public ministers and consuls (with the consent of senate)
4. Can reject or accept the judges of the supreme court (with the consent of senate)
5. Can appoint basically any officer that is ranked below him with the consent of the senate
6. Can fill up vacancies during the recess of the senate
I have seen nothing in the document that states the president force anyone to do anything.
1st Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. (emphasis added)
WE, The People are granted five VERY important freedoms in the First Amendment:
Speech
The First Amendment says that people have the right to speak freely without government interference.
Press
The First Amendment gives the press the right to publish news, information and opinions without government interference. This also means people have the right to publish their own newspapers, newsletters, magazines, etc.
Religion
The First Amendment prohibits government from establishing a religion and protects each person’s right to practice (or not practice) any faith without government interference. (emphasis mine)
Petition
The First Amendment says that people have the right to appeal to government in favor of or against policies that affect them or that they feel strongly about. This freedom includes the right to gather signatures in support of a cause and to lobby legislative bodies for or against legislation.
Assembly
The First Amendment says that people have the right to gather in public to march, protest, demonstrate, carry signs and otherwise express their views in a nonviolent way. It also means people can join and associate with groups and organizations without interference.
Nowhere does it state that the president can force religious organizations to go against their doctrine. Who would you rather answer to, Obama….or God. I choose God!

Section III, Article 3: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
Violations
U.S. gives church groups a year on birth control rule
The Obama administration on Friday ruled that religiously affiliated nonprofit organizations, including hospitals and universities, will have to offer birth-control coverage to women employees but gave the organizations an extra year to comply.
In a decision expected to draw opposition from religious conservatives, the Department of Health and Human Services issued a final rule requiring affiliated groups to provide a broad range of services, from implanted contraceptive devices to the morning-after pill. Many do not at present.
The government’s decision does not apply to churches, synagogues, mosques, temples and some religiously-affiliated elementary and secondary schools, which remain exempt.
But it comes as a blow to the interests of some religious authorities.
Wait a minute….isn’t it the left that is always shouting “church and state”? Even if there really is no such thing?
Now, if I remember correctly, the 1st Amendment gives religious organization freedom to practice their religion without government interference, unless of course, there is some seriously sick crap going on…or unless it’s Muslim, of course. Well? These hospitals and schools are run by religious organization, teaching and actually practicing their faith. For the Obama administration to come in, and DEMAND they go against their faith, to me, seems like a complete violation of their freedom to practice their religion as laid out in the 1st Amendment by the Founders.

Yep….there it is…right there! The very FIRST ‘right’ in the Bill of Rights. Demanding a Catholic hospital or college to defy their God given RIGHT to practice their faith by passing out anything that would/could end the life of a child goes against church doctrine. I don’t care if a lot of churches, Catholic or otherwise, have become so liberal they have forgotten what is actually IN the Bible, and thing this kind of intrusion of the federal government is just honky dory, it actually is NOT!
I pray that all true Christians, who still remember the Word of God, and do their utmost to follow His teachings will remember the continuous trampling of the U.S. Constitution come this next November. I also pray the new POTUS will remember that ObamaCare is one of the major reasons why he was elected, and from day one, work to de-fund and repeal that piece of garbage!
